Niall sighed, looking at himself through the mirror.Feeling a bit dissapointed in himself because he had agreed to the date he was about to go on.He dressed in a dark washed Jean button up, that he left open and his black undershirt was exposed, a pair of black ripped jeans and all black converse.

"Yeah I know"He spoke with Aaron as he got ready, feeling content that he finally got a friend to be able to speak about his love life.

"At least, try to have fun."Aaron replied ,"I'll talk to you later, Alexis is calling me."

"Alright, bye."Niall threw his phone on to his bed, fixing his hair one last time before spraying a bit of cologne, then grabbing his phone and saying goodbye to his parents before waiting outside for Liam to pick him up.

Liam hadn't told him where they were going, but he told Niall to dress casual.He had a theory that they were going to the fair , that everyone had been talking about.But with Liam, nothing was predictable.

Soon enough, Liam's car pulled up to his house.Niall didn't wait for any type of cheesy stuff, he just walked up to Liam's car and pulled open the door himself.Liam looked rather suprised, since he was ready to get out and greet him.

"Hey"Niall said nervously, trying mask it but kinda failing.

"Hey, so I was planning on going to the state fair.Is that fine with you?"He asked, beginning to drive.

"Um, sure.That sounds good."He smiled, not really caring where they go.

"Are you scared of anything? Like ride wise"Liam cursed himself, knowing the question sounded completely awkward.

"I don't think so, I'm scared of you know, the haunted house but that's about it."Niall giggled, hearing Liam chuckling at him.

"The haunted house isn't even scary, though."

"I guess I don't do that stuff."Niall shrugged, feeling embarrassed as he blushed.

"It's alright, I won't make you go."Liam winked.

After paying for their admission and wristband, Liam and Niall walked besides each other as they looked around.The fair wasn't as beautiful as they expected but it was cute.

"Do you know which one you want to go on first?"Liam asked, putting away his wallet.

"Let's go to the swings!"Niall pointed at the tall cylinder shaped ride, that had dangling seats held by chains.

"Sure"Liam replied, feeling that it was a boring ride to start off with but Liam didn't mind.

They made their way over, there wasn't much of a line due vto the fact that it was so early in the day.The man who stood at the machine stand, scanned their wristbands before letting them go in.

Niall dragged Liam to a double seated swing, sliding in comfortable before Liam, who struggled trying to get under the bar because of his height.

"You're too tall"Niall laughed, noticing Liam's feet who touched the floor while Niall's didn't.

"Or maybe, you're too short."Liam winked.Niall blushed before shaking his head;the ride started, going up and making the pair ride up into the sky.

The wind blew into their faces, going faster and faster as Niall's smile grew.Looking around at the fair around them, Liam smiled at him, admiring how cute he look.Snapping out of it, Liam reminded himself of the purpose of all this.

Niall turned back, noticing Liam looking the other way before frowning and mimicking his actions.

After a few rides later, Liam held Niall's hand attentively.Making Niall smile happily as he turned to look at the food stands as he blushed.

"It's almost ten, do you want to get something to eat and then ride the Ferris wheel?"Liam asked.

"Yeah, what do you want to eat?"

"Let's get some vegan ice cream or a funnel cake?"Liam pointed out the different stands.

Niall lead them to the vegan ice cream, grabbing strawberry and letting Liam lead him to the Ferris wheel.

"Have you ever rode one before?"Liam asked after the guy let them pass with food in their hands.

Niall nodded"I'm kinda scared of these because they swing a lot but it's okay."He shrugged.

They got in one of the gondolas, sitting besides each other, the ride started.Niall squeezed Liam's hand as the boat-shaped carts swigged when they moved up.

After one turn around, Niall calmed down.Admiring the view around them, watching as cars past by them.

As they reached the top, Liam couldn't hold back what's been on his mind the whole night."I really like you,Niall."

Niall turned to look at him, staring at him with his blue eyes.

"I know I've hurt you but do you think we can take this farther?"

"Are you asking me to be your boyfriend?"Niall asked with a small smile.

Liam couldn't control himself, he grabbed Niall's face gently.Before slowly leaning in, placing his lips on Niall's.Moving his mouth as Niall mimicked the same.

Their bodies got closer, pressing against each other as the warm breeze blew around them, making the kiss hotter.

Soon, Niall couldn't breath, pulling back as his cheeks flushed pink.The working man stopped the gondola, coughing as Liam's hands were still on Niall's face.

Niall giggled as they got off the ride fastly.Once they were out of people's way, Liam grabbed Niall arm, pulling him close to his chest.

"Does that mean a yes?"Liam smirked.

"I don't know does it."Niall giggled, Liam leaned down to capture Niall's lips into another sensual kiss.

It was almost eleven at night, Liam drove to Niall's house, going to drop him off.Niall held Liam's hand as he drove.Once parked infront of his house, Liam got out and walked Niall to his porch.

"I had a great time, thank you."Niall smiled, blushing at the countless small kisses they shared over the last hour or two.

"Not as much as I did."Liam winked.

Niall giggled"I should be going in now."

"Thank you for giving me one more chance and thank you for saying yes."

"You're a great guy, Liam."Niall agreed, letting Liam place a light peck on his lips before disappearing inside.

Liam sighed, looking at his phone.Reading all the message of girls who had text them to come over.He picked the hottest one before changing his car to drive and hitting the pedal.
