It was the night of winter formal, Niall dressed in a navy blue tux , a white button down shirt and a black tie.Liam had convinced him to go, while Niall just whined saying that Liam would
most likely leave him during the night.

Currently, he fixed his tie while brushing his teeth.After he cleansed his mouth, he heard a knock at the door.Niall rapidly walked down the hallway, taking a breath before swinging the door open.

"Don't you look handsome, baby."Liam smiled brightly, scanning his boyfrien.d.

"Not as good as you,Li."Niall leaned in for a peck before going back inside to get his stuff, Liam followed behind him.

"Oh, you just looked so good I forgot about these."Liam pulled out red and white roses from behind him, watching Niall face light up as he gently grabbed them.

"These are so cute babe!"He smiled.

Before Niall and Liam could get out the door, Maura ran downstairs with her phone in her hand."Baby! Wait, I need to take your picture."

"Maura, wait for me I have the back up camera!"Bobby yelled behindb her.

Niall's eyes widened as Liam chuckled lowly."Mom we'll be late."

"One more!"

After a few more minutes, Liam and Niall drove down the street as they made their way to the school, where formal was being held.They tried to quickly find a parking space and began walking inside.

The normal boring gym, had the walls decorated with white fairy lights and white and silver balloons.Niall smiled when he saw Aaron already making out with some girl under the dimness of the scenery.

"Do you want to sit over there?"Liam asked, pointing to a table where his friends were sitting.Niall nodded silently, frowning, finally realizing that he was basically living his senior year alone, the year he had envisioned of being crazy and fun, turned out to be lonely.He appreciated that Liam tried to include him, but he still felt lonely.

Louis and Harry, who sat with their dates,smiled at them when they got to the table.They sat for a bit, laughing and eating.

"I'm going to go to the bathroom, babe."Niall whispered in Liam's ear, walking away.

After doing his business, niall stood by the sink washing his hand.Hearing the door open, his eyes glanced up, seeing Zayn."Niall."He just ignored him, not having any of it."I'm sorry, I didn't want any of this to happen."

Niall scoffed,"You started this."

Zany looked down, his eyes widening as he checked his phone"Im so sorry."He apologized before running out the bathroom

He walked back to the table, having a weirdness feeling as he sat down.Liam held his hand as he continued talking to his friends. Niall sighed hoping the day  would end sooner.

Liam turned to tell him something before the lights shut off and a spotlight was flicked on, revealing a smiling Noel, holding a mic."Hello friends."

The crowd looked at him weirdly before turning away from each other and stared at him.

"You guys are all probably really mad that I'm disrupting your dancing but I just want Niall to know something."Another spotlight was flicked on, one was pointed at Niall and the other at Zayn, who's eyes widen, shaking his head as he tried to coward away.Try to dodge the light but it kept following him."Why you leaving now? You had such a good time talking to Niall in the bathroom."

Liam looked down at Niall, both shared a confused face."what's this about ?"

"I don't know."

"Niall,"Their eyes shifted in his directions, staring at him as the room was silenced."Remember Gabe from ninth  grade?"

Niall's eyebrows knitted together, as he nodded.Remembering his first boyfriend.He had cheated on him, Niall was depressed for the longest, crying at the thought.But his friends held him together, staying at his house and taking him out to make him forget.

"Well our Zaynie, slept with him not just once a couple of times.Is he just a wonderful best friends guys?"He yelled through the mic.

Zayns eyes widen, not being able to form words.Niall felt his heart drop, that what brought them all closer.And for Zayn to keep it a secret from him was heart breaking.

"Anything to say, guys?"Noel smirked,"I told you Zayn, not to cross me and what did you do?"

"What do you get from this, Noel?"Niall yelled over the crowd of whispers.

"I was always excluded from the group , you and zayn always pushed me out , always were closer to each other "

"Are you fucking crazy? I never acted like that towards you but apparently I had to because you crazy."

"I'm not crazy!"Noel yelled , stomping off the stage , running toward Niall.

Liam stepped infront of his boyfriend,"Don't you fucking dare."He screamed , towering over Noel.

"Can we go?"Niall said lowly, sadness mixed into his voice , Liam nodded , grabbing his hand.

"No!"Zayn yelled breathlessly , running towards them, "Can we talk?"

"Is it like your thing? To sleep with the guys I talk to , or is it a coincidence?"

"I'm sorry, it was so long ago, I felt so bad for it but I couldn't lose you."

"I just don't get it, either way we stopped being friends."

"It wasn't Noel's plan for you to hate us, he thought you guys were gonna break up."

"I'm so confused, why does he hate me so much that he pulled what he did ?"

"He doesn't want us to be friends, I guess.He thought we just were pitying him."

"So you're telling me, both of my friends suck?"Niall scoffed,"I'll see you a round or whatever."

Zayn lent forward, grabbing his forearm swiftly."Please let me talk."

Niall shook his head,"get away from me ."He said lowly, harshly pulling his arm away."I don't feel like talking, I don't feel like listening to you tell me some more bullshit.You and that crazy motherfucker, stay the hell away from me!"He yelled, his vision going red.

Liam held niall was his chest rose with rage, grabbing him and holding him close, feeling his breath normalize."Let's go baby."
