Eclipse seemed to know what she was doing very well, so we decided to let her lead the way. She noticed a woman with her legs pinned under a block of concrete. "Will you hold the little girl for a minute for me please?"

"Eclipse, I don't see how you're possibly going to help that woman." Jace said. She gave him a determined look. He sighed. "Fine." Eclipse handed Jace the girl from earlier.

She ran to the woman. "You're going to be fine. I'm going to get you out from underneath this." she assured her to calm down.

Then, again, she was a character from a movie. She put her hands underneath the concrete and lifted it up. She was having trouble and didn't seem to be able to hold it for much longer. "Leo! I could use some help over here!" she yelled to me with her eyes closed.

I ran to them and pulled the lady out from underneath the concrete. As soon as she was out of the way, Eclipse dropped the block again. It broke in some places from the impact, other parts cracked.

"Eclipse that was amazing! That must have been at least a hundred pounds, and you managed to lift it for this lady!" I said, astonished.

"More." she didn't seem proud of herself. She was looking around for something. She saw a man twenty feet away. She waved him over. "Can you take this woman to the hospital please? She had her legs pinned under part of what used to be a building. And hurry." The man picked up the woman and started jogging to what I hoped was the way to the hospital.

We walked back to Jace, who had a look of amazement on his face. He was about to say something when he was interrupted by the six year old in his arms. "Can I go back to her now?" she pointed to Eclipse. She shrugged and took her back.

"We need to get her to the hospital. It looks like everyone is heading there. Maybe we can find her parents. It's safer there anyway. Once we get her there, we can find my brothers."

"Eclipse, you might need to go to the hospital for yourself. Just look at your leg." I pointed at her leg. My used to be white shirt was now stained red around her leg. "And you also mentioned that your ankle was sprained and your wrist was broken. Give Jace the girl and give your wrist a chance to relax."

"If I make you hurt, I'd be happy to go back to him." the girl pointed to Jace.

Eclipse didn't seem to mind. She handed her over to him.

"Yeah. You need to go see my dad." Jace said.

"Who's your dad?" Eclipse asked.

"A doctor. He works at the hospital. He'd be happy to help you, I'm sure. Just let me talk to him."

"Guys, I'm perfectly fine. There's no need to worry about me. I've been in these situations before. I heal fast." she looked annoyed at us. "I'd be happy to take her to the hospital, but then I'm done. I need to see my brothers. I need to make sure they're okay. Now, can we go?" she turned and started walking ahead, to her motorcycle. She hopped on and started it. It sounded to life and she started driving away without waiting for us.

Apparently, Jace had walked here, so he had to ride in my truck with me. It was silent. We had already lost sight of Eclipse. I wanted to turn music on, so it wouldn't be so awkwardly quiet, but the radio wasn't working. And I had left my iPod at home. So it was still awkwardly silent. Neither of us wanted to break the silence though. Jace looked out the windows, bored. I had to focus on the road. The road lights had been broken sometime during the chaos, so it was hard to see. I wanted to summon fire to make it brighter, but that would cause more chaos.

The road to the hospital was mostly deserted. The other people had already left. Where the theater was wasn't that busy today anyway. On either side of the road was grass taller than a person.

Suddenly Jace said "Look in front us!" he pointed in front of us. "Is that-?"

In front of us was a black Harley motorcycle laying across the road sideways. Me and Jace exchanged nervous glances. "You think that's-...?" I slowed to a stop in front of it. We immediately got out of the car. "Eclipse? Where are you?" I yelled and Jace looked around frantically.

"Over here! I found her!" he yelled to me from the grass. I ran over to where the sound came from.

When I got there, I saw Jace helping Eclipse up. "What happened?" I asked when we had sat down on the road.

"I was driving too fast when a fox ran out of the grass in front of me. I tried to stop and lost control of my bike, and I was thrown off. How's the bike?" I laughed. She looked at me. "What are you laughing at?" she demanded.

"You get thrown off your motorcycle into ten foot grass where you could have died, and you're worried about how your bike is?" I laughed again. Jace laughed with me.

"Well yeah. That thing cost me a ton of money. Is it broken or not?" she didn't laugh.

I looked over my shoulder. "Ten bucks says it isn't gonna start." I said, knowing it wouldn't start. Hey, I've learned to use my dad's powers to my advantage. I smiled. I could sense it wouldn't work.

"You're on." She smiled back. She walked over to it and lifted it back the right way. She got on and tried to start it. Like I said, it didn't start.

"Where's my ten bucks?" I said holding out my hand to collect my money from her.

"Not with me at the moment. I'll get you your ten bucks one day. I promise." she had a sly smile.

"Well how is she going to get there?" Jace asked. "Your truck only holds two people."

To answer his question, Eclipse hopped up into the back and spread out into a relaxed position. I shrugged. I picked up the bike and put it in back next to her.

"It might be a bumpy ride back here. Be careful and don't let the bike fall." I warned.

Me and Jace went back to the front and I continued driving. We finally got to the hospital. It was lit up red and there were doctors everywhere. They were all rushing around. We found one looking for anyone else who needed help and Jace gave him the little girl. She had fallen asleep when Eclipse had handed her over to Jace before. Since then, she was in the truck sleeping quietly and peacefully.

Despite Eclipse's protests, she ended up getting stitches in her leg, and a cast on her wrist. It turns out, her ankle wasn't sprained though. She was mad at us though and wouldn't let us sign her dark purple cast. She broke the marker and threw it at me then crossed her arms. I laughed.

I had to drop Jace at his house first. The drive to Eclipse's house would be an hour and a half from where he lived. She got out her iPod. "Do you mind?"

"No. Go ahead and plug it in."

She did and "Memories" by 'Panic! At The Disco' came on. The long drive was worth it.  We sang along to the music playing, laughed, and just talked. It was nice pretending that the earthquake didn't happen and we were just two friends hanging out. I found out then that I liked her.

(A/N) I know. And it wasn't my fault that I didn't update this time. My dad took away my devices. I'm sorry anyway my amazhangs. I do have more interesting things planned, so keep reading. I promise I won't be one of those people who just never update and give up on their story. Because I'm very fond of this story and I try to update on time and when I don't, I at least apologize and give reasons why. And for no particular reason,(*wink* *wink* *nudge* nudge*) I'm going to break the cycle and it's going to be an Eclipse chapter.

Thanks for reading my amazhangs! See you next week! (hopefully)
