Y/N= your name Y/LN= your last name F/N= your friend's name You finish your shift at Starbucks. You take out your phone and call Phil. You had gotten closer to Phil when you were in New York. "Hey Phil," you say. "Hey Y/N. What's up?" he asks. "Nothing much. Hey you know when you said we should chat over coffee?" you smirk. "Yeah. Mainly because it was 2 days ago," he laughs, "Did you finish your shift yet?" "Yeah. I was wondering if you wanted to stop by. We could get some coffee and chat," you suggest as you wave to one of your co workers. "Sure. I'll be there in a couple of minutes," he replies, "See you soon," "See you soon," you smile as you hang up. You go in the bathroom and change out of your uniform. "Hey," someone says as you exit the bathroom. You look up. It's Joshua, your ex boyfriend. "What the heck is wrong with you? Why can't you just leave me alone?" you snap at him. "Babe, I know you're mad," he sighs as he gently tries to brush your hair out of your face. "Get the hell away from me!" you yell. If he did anything to you, all the customers and your co workers would see. "For heavens sake, Y/N, calm down! I just came to get a coffee! I didn't come to apologize or to say hi," he yells. "This is why I won't ever go back to you. You only care about yourself! You never cared about me. You were only with me because F/N was popular. I don't need you. I have people who actually care about me," you argue as tears begin to roll down your cheeks. He pushes you against the wall as he yells at you. Someone grabs him and pulls him away from you and immediately begins to comfort you. You realize it's Phil. "Are you okay?" he asks as he strokes your hair. You nod. Your body is trembling. Your boss comes up to you, "Miss Y/LN, do you know the man who attacked you?" he asks calmly. Phil answers for you, "He's her ex boyfriend. He verbally assaulted her last year on December 28th at the airport," "Thank you. We will report this," your boss replies as he sadly smiles before he walks away. All of a sudden, Joshua attacks Phil, "Who the hell do you think you are? Are you trying to get in the way of our relationship?" he yells at him as he pins him against the wall. "Your relationship? Your relationship ended last year! She just wants you to leave her alone," Phil scoffs, "If you don't leave her alone then I'll make you leave her alone. So back off, mate!" Phil pushes Joshua off of him.

You immediately run over. You stand in front of Phil facing Joshua. "You have no right to come here, my job, and attack my friend! You also don't have a right to come here and try to make me feel guilty! If you wanted to talk to me then you go to my flat and you have a civilized talk with me," you snap at him. "You were always a little defensive weren't you, dear? Now you are defending Mr. Clumsy over here. He doesn't need you. He's just using you to get more subscribers," he smirks crossing his arms. Your boss grabs Joshua. Phil wraps his arms around you, "It's going to be okay, Y/N. He won't hurt you," he whispers to you as he rubs he hand on your cheek. "Do you want to get some coffee?" he asks wiping your tears with the sleeve of his coat.
