(Y/N) has been friends with the Lester family for years. At the funeral of your best friend, you finally meet him, Phil Lester. The one member of the Lester family you never met.

Y/N= your name Y/LN= your last name F/N= friend's name "Hey Y/N," Leo waves at you. He was starting his shift at Starbucks. You were leaving and you and were going to take your parents, Christopher, and Grace to the airport. Then you had to house sit for your parents. "Hi Leo. You have the keys to the flat right? We need to buy more milk and-" you start. "I'll be fine. Kate and I aren't even going to be at your flat. We are going to visit her family in Manchester for the weekend," Leo smiles at you putting his hand on your shoulder, "By the way, someone left flowers for you," he hands you some of your favorite flowers. "Do you know who left them?" you ask putting on your coat. He shakes his head, "There were here when I came. It just had a note with your name on it," he tells you, "Secret admirer?" he smirks. "See you later, Leo. Tell Kate I said hello," you laugh as you start to leave. One a week for the past two weeks, gifts have appeared at your job. This was the third gift. The first gift was a small box of chocolates. The second gift was a signed copy of your favorite book. The gifts started appearing the day after you visited Dan after your break up with Phil. You take a taxi to your mum's house. Phil POV "Is she coming?" Dan asks me impatiently. "She finishes her shift soon. She's probably on her way here. Her mum told me that she was going to come. Y/N has to take her parents to the airport," I explain to him. Mrs. Y/LN offers us some food. Dan takes some, but I'm too nervous to eat. I squirm around in my seat. What do I say to Y/N? She was the one who broke up with me. I can't exactly apologize to her. The only thing I can do is talk to her. "Are you okay, Phil?" Dan looks worried.

"I'm fine. I'm just a little nervous," I admit. "Mum! Father! I'm here!" I hear Y/N call out. "You can do this, Phil," Dan whispers to me. "We should leave so we have time to-" she starts. She stops as soon as she sees me. "Hi," I quietly say getting up. "Phil," she responds just as quietly. "Dan and I came over to say hello," I mutter. She starts to walk towards me. She stands in front of me. There are dark circles under her eyes. How long has it been since she had a good night's rest? Has she even slept? I'm worried about her. "I have to go with my parents, Christopher, and Grace to the airport," she sighs as she begins to turn away. "Y/N," I protest as I gently grab her arm. Dan nods at me with a small smile. "Y/N, please don't leave me," I whisper to her. "I'll be back. I just need to go to the airport with my family. You and Dan can wait here," she softly smiles. I slowly let go of her arm. We smile at each other for a second. She starts to help her parents take their luggage to the taxi. They leave and I sigh. "Well that went well," Dan laughs.
Your POV You and your father get into a taxi. Your mum, Christopher, and Grace, were in the other taxi. There wasn't enough space for all of you in one taxi. "What are you guys going to do?" you ask your father. He is sitting in the front and you are sitting in the back of the taxi. Your father begins to talk about what they have planned on the trip. It seems exciting. The only reason you weren't going is because Christopher wanted to propose to Grace so you gave her your ticket. You claimed that you had something to so at work. Everything is a blur. A car crosses in front of the taxi. The taxi doesn't stop. Even if it did stop, it would be too late. The last thing you see is your father reaching out to you. Your eyes close so glass won't get in your eyes. It breaks your heart. He could've tried to protect himself from flying glass participles. He reached out to you so you would be okay. So you would be safe. Memories start to come back to you. Mainly memories with Dan, Phil, and F/N. You remember the time when you all started to sing High School Musical.

You realize that Dan and Phil are still waiting for you. What if you never make it out alive? You needed to tell Phil that you still loved him.
