When my heart cries out in pain,
and my body is about to give up.
When I'm at my breaking point,
and my soul calls out for help.
When I feel so alone,
and my eyes can't stand to stay open anymore.
When I just want to fall,
and my arms get tired of reaching out.
When I can't help but cry,
and the blade is about to cut into my skin.
Your name invades my mind.
You've taken over my brain,
I throw the blade down, and text you instead.
You turn my tears into smiles, I laugh instead of fall, you make my heart feel whole again. You make me feel cared for, not alone. You take all my pain away. You're my personal Superman.
You don't know it, but you are. You may not understand why your so important to me, and maybe I'm nobody special, but I'll still love you from a distance.
