It was here. Today was the day Harry and I were going to go on our date. I was so excited! Hermione and Ron, as always, were teasing us about it.
I got dressed and met my best friends in the Gryffindor common room. I waved to Hermione and Ron but hugged Harry.
We all walked down to breakfast. And once again, the food was amazing. I still couldn't get used to the feasts we had for regular meals and how everything just appeared.
I sat down and at once was taken back by the amazing smell. Plates and plates heaped with bacon showed up. Any type of egg you could imagine came sizzling. I grabbed the fried potatoes and put some on my plate. Then I grabbed the pumpkin juice and poured myself a glass.
After breakfast we all went up to the Gryffindor common room. It was a cool, crisp Saturday morning. We all sat down on some armchairs in front of the fire.
" So, where are you taking Katie Harry?" Ron asked.
" Umm... No offense Katie, but I actually haven't got an idea."
" Oh, that's alright."
" No it's not. I'm sorry."
" Blimey, Harry. Hermione would've killed me." Ron contributed.
" Ron!" Hermione interjected.
" I am so sorry Katie!" Harry said, looking really sympathetic and a bit worried.
" It's OK Harry. I am just glad I got a date with you." I smiled and he blushed.
" Same."
So, instead of going on our date, Hermione helped us all with our Astronomy homework.
