I woke up to bright light streaming through an open window. I sat up and stretched. I looked around and saw that Draco was beside me, still asleep, and that we were in the library.

"Draco? Draco!" I said, shaking him. He squinted up at me.

"What?" he asked lazily.

"Draco, we fell asleep here after last night!" I reminded him.

"Katie?" a familiar voice asked. I looked behind me and saw Harry.

"Harry!" I exclaimed.

"Potter!" Draco said.

"What's going on?" he asked, looking concerned.

"Harry..." I said.

"You said you were going to break up with him!"

"I did!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, and then you slept with him!"

"No! We just, just fell asleep! Harry, I swear!"

"I gave you another chance! I trusted you even after a week of letting me think you already broke up with him!"

"She's not lying." Draco said quietly ans so suddenly that he startled both Harry and I.

"Yeah, like I would believe you." Harry scoffed.

"Come on, Harry. You should trust Katie, I'm sure she'll turn up sooner or later." We heard Ron's voice say before he entered the library.

"Oh..." He said as he saw me and Draco on the floor, Draco's hand still on my leg.

"Harry, come on, you know Ron has a point." Hermione's voice said as she came through the door. Her eyes widened as she saw Draco and I.

"You still think I should trust her?" Harry asked in a tone that was like mock sarcasm. Neither Hermione or Ron said nothing, they both stayed unusually quiet.

"Yeah, I thought so." he said. "Come on, let's go." Harry turned around to leave. I opened my mouth to say something, but no noise came out. Ron stayed where he was.

Very quietly, Hermione said "I think you should." Harry and I looked at her in disbelief, but while mine formed into a smile, his melted into a slight frown.

"Hermione?" I said, not actually knowing why I said it. She gave me a sincere look.

"How can you say that?! Hermione, she didn't break up with him for a week and let us all think she did! Then she says she will, again, and ends up sleeping with him! And you think I should trust her?!" She didn't say anything.

Harry snorted and then said, "Whatever, it's not your decision." And with that, he left. Ron looked at me and Hermione, she gave him a short nod(which I took to mean see you later) and he followed Harry out the door.

Hermione gave Draco a nasty look and then crouched down beside me. Pretending that Draco wasn't there, she pulled me up.

"Katie, what really happened?" she asked me.

"Hermione, I swear! Absolutely nothing! I came in and we talked for like three minutes, probably less. Then I broke up with him. And he-" I didn't want to say what happened next without his permission, I felt that it was necessary. He gave me a shameful nod.

"And then he, well sort of, kinda... Sorry, Draco, but there is no other way to say it. He abused me." A look of concern and anger mixed on Hermione's face.

"Draco you filthy little-" Hermione started to yell, taking out her wand. I grabbed her arm.

"Hermione, it's OK."
