We get out of the hospital building and she's quite out of this world. She can't even look at me now and I don't know if she's embarrass or what but I didn't press further and let her think just by herself. But I can't also let her be drown by her clouded thoughts, I'm afraid she'll have another one so asked her.

"You want to go home now baby? Or you want to go with me somewhere else?" She snapped her head and look up on me her mouth a bit agape. I tilt my head lower to silently ask her of what she's up to.

"I.. I-" She stammered so I cut her there.

"Its okay if you already feel tired we can go home now." I curved up the corner of my lip to smile.

She bit her lip and she look away from me and I saw how she think about it. It feels like forever before she look back at me and gave me reply.

"Where's that somewhere?" She asked in a small voice. And I smile on that because she's at least giving this a try.

"We can just drive to some place relaxing." I shrug and so she nodded.

We headed to the car and I play the music on so we can be slipped off a bit. I was driving on the middle of the night with Ace by my side. Just me and her..

After a short ride I finally pull off to one of the best place on this town. Its just a park but the view from here is overwhelming. Its kinda quiet there and the ambiance is relaxing and beautiful. We sat on the lawn in front and stare at the thousand lights in the city far from this town.

"Come right here.." I gestured her to sit down beside me as she stare at the lights far away. I saw how her gray eyes sparkle reflecting the city lights. She sat beside me but never take away her eyes up front.

"I didn't know a city looks this wonderful from afar." She breathed.

I just look at her. Her face.. Her hair..

Silence were reigning between us but it was the comfortable kind of silence. We just let this place consume our stress and shortcomings we encounter so we can take a release without mouthing a word.

"Thanks for giving that a shot.." I thanked.

She scoff on that. "No need to. I was horrible a while ago." She admitted bowing down her head.

"It wasn't horrible sweetie. No one's get great for the first try. I'm just glad you give it a try and let me stay right there with you. I thought you're going to shoo me away." I chuckled on the last phrase.

"No ones going to understand how crazy I am if I shoo you away.." She whispered.

"But the crazy man will be there to take care of you no matter what." I joked.

She slightly chuckle on that. I didn't say anything about that and I let the silence goes between.

"Thank you Brix.." I heard her say so I turned to her.

"For what?"

"For everything. For being there.. For staying.. For calming me down.. For doing such things.. For searching something that can help me. Just.. Just thank you." She tentatively thanked me and I swear my smile is wide and my face is hurting.

"That's the least thing I can do for you sweetheart. I'm glad you appreciate all of it." I honestly admitted.

She turned her head to me and smiled. And my heart suddenly felt out of breathe.

"How I wish I could kiss that beautiful smile of yours.." I whispered staring back at her eyes.

She was shocked by what I said but cover it.
