Chapter Fifty Four

Ace

I was awaken by the streak of light flashing on my close eyelids and mumbled noise so annoyingly I open my aching eyelids. Why do I feel my eyes are swollen? Adjusting to my surrounding I suddenly swore fuck when I saw how bright the sun is. Fuck! I just wake up late!

Moving fast I get out from the bed and pace over where Brix is lazily sleeping on the single couch.

"Hey! Brix wake up!" I whispered shout and slightly pat him in the face. As if on cue he instantly wake up adjusting his eyes with the light.

"What's wrong baby?" He asked, his voice gruffy from sleep as he sit up checking the surroundings.

"Its fuckin' morning!" I whispered harshly again and the mumbled noise outside grew louder.

"The two are gone ma." I heard a voice say and we automatically snap our attention with the voice outside.

"What? Who? Are you boys again fighting?" I'm sure its the old lady, I gasped in shock and cup my mouth.

"Ace and Brix ma. We woke up and notice they're not there. Thought you saw them." The voice became louder and I know its approaching. 

Fuckity fuckity no! They're coming!

Brix turned to me and put a finger on his lips Shushing me. I nodded and keep my lips shut. He carefully stand up and hold me in the arm.

"Go under the bed." He mouthed so I nodded get the glass I sight on the nightstand and keep it on the drawer and furry my way down under the bed. Sliding in and cupping again my mouth.

"What? I knew it Brix has something with the young lady." I heard the old lady said with a small chuckle. What?!

I felt Brix shuffling through the room with silent but rapid movements. I think he's fixing the bed I used.

"Is this room locked ma? Chris said he saw Brix last time inside, wondering if they're here."

My eyes widen and I'm starting to panic. My nervousness is completely over the edge. I can't afford them to see me with Brix. Not that I don't want to be him but all of this is suppose to be a secret!

My breathe is getting rugged and my hands are starting to get wet. No no no..

My nervousness became massive when I heard numerous voices outside. They all might be here, I can hear their voices!

I shut my eyes tight then I felt something slid in under the bed. Snapping my eyes open I saw Brix. Sliding in and covering down the sheets of the bed to hide us. He was so close to me because the bed isn't actually big as this room and he's huge. My nervousness and about to be panic lessen when I felt him with me. Its okay its okay. Brix is here we're getting out of this.

"Don't make any noise." He again shush me so I nodded my eyes a bit wide in fear. I was scared they're going to find us out here, maybe he saw how scared I am so he gently hover me into a hug. Though I was about to loose it I push myself forward with him as my body crashing with him. His arms protectively wrapped around my small body.

"Just look at me. Its gonna be alright sweetheart. Do not loose it, I'm here. Its all okay." He whispered. I can't say anything so again.. I just nodded and did what he said. He holds my gaze I felt his lips landed on my forehead, I shut my eyes for that moment focusing on his lips on my skin so I have link to reality. That he's really here with me. As I'm focusing I heard the door opened and it almost hit the wall. I was about to gasp when Brix cup my mouth. Shaking his head for a no. So I stayed still as he lowered down his hands and wrapped it again around me. His eyes were on mine and it doesn't show any nervousness and I was stunned how calm he is right now. We might get caught! I'm almost panicking but he seems as ease and calm. My heart is pounding so loud and fast that I'm afraid they'll hear it.
