As we wait Ace to finish her talk with her mom we all gather in the front yard, preparing the food. We expect that it will take a while before Ace could go out but I don't mind about it. She missed her mom so much, I saw and feel how she felt sad and happy at the same time. Sad because she miss her mom and happy because they were able to talk even through video call. Studying her mom's features I noticed that her mom was blonde that made me think she get her jet black hair from her father. I'm still puzzled on my self about my being so obsessed with her hair for a reason I can't figure out. For now, I was able to meet my love's mom and I know I won't be able to do it with her dad. Someday I'll meet her mom personally so I could tell her how much I adore her daughter, and Ace will probably love it also.

"It was all worth it, yeah?" Red commented as he remove his coat and rest on his seat. The dance was breathtaking. I was looking for any signs of her attack but fortunately I just saw her uneasy and uncomfortable behavior. I did my best to make her feel she's okay with my brothers.

"Definitely." Chris replied as he did the same thing like Red's.

"Was she okay? I mean.. I may not be the only one who noticed her uneasiness." Cross was fast to inject that topic that made me glance at Tristan. He looked at me expectantly so I know I should keep this cool.

"She's not into men bro. Kinda shaken up with the idea being close with a bunch of douchebags I guess." I chuckled trying to humour my explanation.

"And what's with the mushy mushy dance with you huh?" Here they go again. I just shook my head but I didn't miss the smile that I couldn't contain.

"C'mmon take the drinks out!" Chris yelled with excitement with the boys.

"Not yet brothers. Let's wait for Acy first to get finish." Red commented while we set up the tables.

Simon was busy in barbecue grilling while we serve ourselves. Granma decided to take a rest early so we let her. She might be drained out in designing and sewing Ace's dress for days so we should give this night to her to take a rest.

"And now that our lil sis is now a woman, what do we do now?" Kalvin opened the conversation which I don't know where is it heading. I'm not sure what he's trying to say so I stayed silent and listen.

"Babysit her." Chris nonchalantly answered as he ate as if she's a kid.

"Either she turns 25 or 30 we still need to babysit her." Simon piped in his voice rose up that sounds reprimanding as his brows met.

"What is it with that girl to make you Sinclairs be like this?" Of course Cross will be the last one to know.

"Have you ever had someone in your life who's there to pull your wicked ass out of a compromising situation?" Kalvin mocked.

"I got seven of you?" Cross replied.

"Exactly."

"I think we should move her in our house." Tristan sparked something that will definitely create a trouble between all of us. I shook my head.

"That's definitely a no." Red snapped.

"How did you know? Have you ever asked her?"

"I wasn't. But I'm sure she'll refuse."

"We will work on it, gotta ask mom for permission and I'm sure she's going to say it's fine that it's better to have us than to leave her alone in her apartment." Simon stated confidently as if Ace's mom is also his mom.

Presumptuous as I am.

Ace appeared on our vicinity as we all eat. Offering her a seat, we all chatter happily. The night was so perfect I couldn't ask for more. This turned so smooth and easy and I couldn't wait to be alone with her later.

As I sit beside her I carefully rest my arm on the back of her chair to at least close our space between us. She was smiling as she watch how the boys talk about our childhood experiences together which I couldn't have a grip unto 'coz I was busy appreaciating her beauty.

I didn't realized that I'm copying her smile not until she turn her attention to me, smiling.

I froze.

"Stop it baby." I frown.

She looks taken a back with what I said and I'm sure she's silently asking herself of what she did wrong.

Stop making me fall harder in love.

Of course I can't just blurt that out. So I just bit my lower lip to keep my mouth shut.

After we all ate the celebration is not going to end without getting a drink. Just like a few months ago in Red's apartment the party is in full swing with loud music, great food and delightful chatter with every one.

Removing my coat and resting it on my chair I rolled up my buttoned sleeves and fix my hair for a bit, getting my phone on my pockets I beeped Ace's mom a text message.

"Thank you Mom for making my girl happy on her day. I'd be looking forward to meet you personally. Have a great night."

Mom.

I smirk. I sounded presumptuous ain't it?

My phone buzzed.

"I nearly died with the Mom thing. I should be the one thanking you for making my daughter happy. Really appreciate it. But don't hurt her or I'll hurt you. Gudnyt." She replied.

Smiling because of her being so nice to me I return back my phone inside my pockets and was about to mingle with them when something caught my eyes that I've never seen before. My brow turned into a frown making me ask myself if that is what I really saw or not.

Looking at it intently I was unpleasantly surprised.

It can't be.
