Terry, Tammy and Esther, went to the Peninsula Hotel where Eleonor had her suite. They went directly upstairs to the suite which had been cleaned in the mean time. Terry put Esther on the floor. She ran to her room to get her toys. Tammy went in the room to get her clothes for the night and for the next day. She took more clothes, because children mess up a lot.

- She doesn't wear diapers? Asked Tammy.

- She's got "pull-ups", she's potty trained, said Terry.

- She's a perfect little angel! Said Tammy laughing.

- You said it...; she's an angel! Said Terry smiling.

They took a suitcase to put the baby clothes in.

- We're going to need a crib and a car seat, a high chair, if the Pony Home was close, I would've gone there...

- Let's go to a big store.

- Wal-Mart? I've never seen a store so big!

- And it's open 24/7!

- I know, I was on the night shift once and I went there to look for food and it was full of people! At 3 AM! Said Terry laughing.

- It's like people don't sleep!

- Well since the store is open, you might as wee go there!

- Let's go to Wal-Mart, then!

They left the hotel to go to the best story. Tammy was playing with Esther, they were singing together nursery rimes and Esther was laughing out loud. The store was very big, too big! They went in the baby area and they got a crib with a mattress, a park, a car seat, a high chair, sheets for the crib, a mobile and the necessary things for a little child. He bought baseball caps for all of them, They also went to buy food for Esther who was telling her what she wanted. The big store also had a grocery section too. There were a lot of people. They were on line at the checkout. A woman was looking at them smiling.

- You have a beautiful little girl, she said.

- She's not my daughter, said Terry.

- Are you sure? Because she's got your smile and the same mime...

- Really? Said Terry smiling, thank you!

Tammy was looking at Terry and Esther... the woman was right, they had the same smile... it was just a coincidence... Yes, why would Eleonor Baker's child look like Terry? That was completely ridiculous! People were saying nonsense! They paid for their things, people were looking at them because they thought Esther looked like Chicago's Hero. Some people tool pictures of Terry with Esther and walking to his car, with the shopping cart. When they arrived at the apartment, Terry drop off Tammy and the things and he went to park the car. The doorman helped them to carry the stuff to the apartment.

Tammy took care of Esther while Brittany was giving her the eye. She was in the kitchen to help with cooking the dinner with Allyson, Ashley and Eliza. Tammy installed Esther in her playpen and then she went to the kitchen to cook the baby food, leaving her with Jones in the living room. Terry arrived and he went in the kitchen to see if Tammy needed help. He saw Brittany's killer eyes. He left the girls and he went in the living room to see Jones.

- Are you all right? Asked his friend.

- I've been better...

- What's going on?

- I talked to Candy...

- Quoi???!!! First news! And?

- It was a torture and a pleasure at the same time.

- Did you talk about the two of you?

- No...

- But why?

- Because she's married to another man, it wouldn't be appropriate!

- Come on Terry! You had the woman you loved on the phone and you didn't talk to her about the two of you?

- There is no two of us! She's married!

- And she didn't say anything?

- She recognize my voice right away...

- Oh... well that's good...

- No, that's nothing...

- Stop it! You must've been happy to see that she recognize you, didn't you?

- Yes, for nano second! But she's still married!

- Did she apologise?

- Yes...

- Did you accept her apologies?

- I didn't reply.

- What? Terry!

- She's married Jones!

- So you can't forgive her?

- She's married!

- It's like you're trying to convince yourself that she's married.

- I keep repeating it to myself, because it seems unreal...

- And by repeating it all the time, it becomes real?

- No...

- Terry...

- She's the only woman I want, she's my wife!!!

He looked at the little one playing in her playpen and her toys. Terry stood up to assemble the high chair and Jones helped him. Brittany arrived when the highchair was ready with the baby food. Terry put the little one on her high chair and he went to assemble the crib with Jones in the bedroom and they continued talking about Candy.

- Esther looks so much like Candy, said Terry.

- You feel good when you're with her right?

- She's a baby...

- You know what I mean.

- Like the men who lose their wives and who still have the kids?

- She looks like Candy... it's like you have a part of her with you...

- You're talking nonsense Jones! Said Terry laughing.

- And you're avoiding the subject! Said Jones.

They assembled the bed talking and laughing. Then they had diner all together while Esther was playing in he playpen. After dinner, Tammy and Terry gave her her bath. Tammy gave her her bottle while Terry was reading her a story.

Brittany was looking at them sulking. They looked like a happy little family!!!
