chapter 10: (3rd person)

You woke up the next morning as the light flooded into the bedroom. You got up and quickly got changed, you walked to the kitchen where Kuro was sat drinking coffee and lutz, as usual, was asleep. "what are you two doing up so early?" you asked, they were both lazy so you would never expect them to be up at this time. "Luciano wants us to go do some stupid ass job for him, IT'S TOO FUCKING EARLY!" Kuro shouted. He definitely was not a morning person.

You gave a small laugh and Luciano walked into the room. "lutz, Kuro, lets go we don't have all day." he said and he gave you a little side glare. You sighed, you really have to help him work on his trust issues. All three of them walked out and you heard the front door close. "don't worry about him bella, he is always like that." you gave a gasp as flavio appeared behind you. "flavio, don't do that. you scared me." you said and he gave a little laugh. "sorry bella, anyway I'm going to visit Allen and Oliver today, want to join me?" You looked at him a bit surprised. "hold on, your friends with Allen and Oliver? That was unexpected." Flavio but his finger to his chin as if he was thinking. "hmm, I suppose it could be unexpected considering how much my brother hates them. Most people would probably assume that I would hate them too but unlike my brother I'm a friendly person." you had to agree with him on that one, but that doesn't mean Luciano is a bad person, he's just a little intimating sometimes.

"Anyway do you want to come to their house with me?" flavio asked. You nodded your head, you had nothing else to do and you wanted to spend some time getting to know the allies. It would be nice if you make friends with them before you actually stay at their house.

(time skip):

You and flavio where waiting outside of their house and the door flung open. It almost flew off its hinges. Your concentration was taken off the door as your heard two girly squeals. You turned around to see Oliver and flavio hugging each other. You were watching them as they were jumping up and down and squealing like two teenage girls. Suddenly Allen popped his head around the doorway. "Hey fruitcake, are you being murdered or something?" he asked, referring to all the squealing but as soon as he saw flavio he caught on. "Oh hey flavio, sup?" flavio bounced over to him to give him a hug as well. which Allen clearly did not enjoy as he tried to push him away. Flavio went back over to you and hooked you arm in his. "Me and (name) came to pay you a visit." he said with a smile. Soon enough you were also tackled in a hug by none other than Oliver himself. Of course you hugged back, which seemed to make Oliver happier .

He invited you both in and you all sat down in the living room. Francois was also there lying down and smoking. "François how many time have I told you not to smoke inside!" Oliver scolded him. Francois just shrugged and carried on. Oliver sighed and turned his attention to you. "So how has your stay at the axis house been so far?" he asked trying to start a conversation. "Its been nice so far I-" you were cut off by flavio. "Luciano is being mean to her. I've seen it myself. He keeps glaring at her, my fratello is horrible sometimes!" flavio huffed as he crossed his arms. "Aw you poor thing! but don't worry, you only have to stay there for a week then you can come stay here with us!" Oliver said while hugging you. Wow he was very cheery, not that you were complaining. "Hey doll, if he really does give ya a hard time, come tell me. I'll beat his fancy face with my bat." Allen smirked.

"heh, I'll keep that in mind. But I really don't think I'll need you to do that." you said nervously. You all carried on talking for a good while but then the front door slammed open. "kuma, just go wait in the fucking woods for me. I wont be long." you heard matt shout to someone (or thing) outside. "damn bear." he muttered. "Mattie, you're back" Oliver beamed. "Not for long I just forgot something then I'm leaving again." he said as he walked up to his room. "who's kuma?" you asked. Oliver and Allen looked at each other for a moment before turning to you. "I don't think you wanna know, doll." You remember that Canada had a little polar bear called kumajirou but why do they not want you to know about matts kuma? You heard foot steps coming back down the stairs. "i'm leaving again." he said as he left and shut the door behind him. "He's not very sociable is he?" flavio asked them. Oliver sighed a little and looked and François. "He gets it from his dad."

"I heard that" François replied lazily and blew smoke in Oliver's face who started to cough.

You stayed at their house for a few more hours and you felt a lot closer to them then you were before but you couldn't help but feel they were hiding something from you. You and flavio arrived home to Luciano who was waiting in the living room and he looked pissed. "And where the fuck have you two been. You've been out all day! when I got back you were both gone!" flavio looked upset at his brother shouting at him. "We just went to go visit Allen and Oliver."

"those two! again fratello? how many times do I have to tell you they are our enemies! You cant be friends with them" flavio started to get angry as well now and you could see little tears forming in his eyes. "Everyone is our enemy to you! I'm not even allowed to be happy and have friends anymore. Your turning into nonno (grandpa Rome)!" flavio shouted as he turned and ran to his room. Luciano sighed and sat down, clearly regretting starting a fight. "what are you still doing here? aren't you going to go see if he's alright?" Luciano asked you in a monotone voice. you sighed and sat down next to him. "I want to know if your ok as well?" he gave a dry chuckle. "why are you still acting like you care. give up, it's not going to work." You hesitated but you placed you hand on his back, and he flinched. "I promise you i'm not acting I really want to help, I can see how broken you are. I'm not an idiot, you've had a bad life haven't you? You have trust issues and something has clearly happened between you and your grandpa from how flavio acted." Luciano didn't even look up at you but you saw him clench his hands into fists. "yeah, you could say that." he said in a soft voice which was very unlike him. Looking at how he was acting right now didn't remind you of some scary mafia boss, but instead a person who has feelings and has been broken. "I understand, you only want to protect your brother and your friends. I really admire you for that you know." you said softly. He looked up at you and took a few shaky breaths. "you are the last person I expected to understand my problems." he said.

You gave a small, comforting smile. "I just want you to trust me and understand that I really do just want to help you." you gave him a hug which you expected him to reject or push you away but instead he hugged you back. "Don't let this make you think less of me (name), i'm not a weak pathetic person like my 1p, you tell anyone about this and ill cut your head off." he said trying to regain some pride. You laughed. "I wouldn't dream of it." you replied. "Maybe your not as bad as I thought." you heard him whisper, it was so quite that you almost didn't hear it but you did and it made you hug him tighter.

You both stayed like that for a few moments until you heard a voice. "Aw boss have you finally fell in love!" lutz said with a smug face. Luciano's face went red, and he pulled out a knife and pointed it at lutz. This made him gulp and put his hands up in a defensive position. "heh, sorry but i mean i wouldn't blame you (name) is a very nice girl and all!" Luciano didn't move the knife. You grabbed his arm to stop him from murdering lutz. "Instead of killing lutz why don't you go make up with your brother." you suggested and he sighed and nodded. He put the knife away and left the room.

Lutz looked impressed. "wow. I've never seen him take orders from someone else so easily before." he looked over to you.
