Chips: secrets

Sky

We get home and mom yells at us, and grounds us. Ugh! I'm trapped here for a month! After mom calms down we watch a horror movie. Emma starts screaming. "Emma! It's only just shown the tittle!" I yell at her. As you can tell, it doesn't get much better. Emma screams every time the movie switches camera views. Which is a lot.

Harlie and sparrow leave to get soda. I envy them. Emma keeps screaming, and grabbing my arm and almost dislocating it. I'm going to guess that horror movies just aren't Emma's thing.

Emma

The movie is so scary! I'm glad I have my friends with me or else I would be freaking out. But I think I'm hiding my emotions well. I don't think anyone can even tell that I'm scared.

Sky

I swear if Emma turns blue one more time I will stab her.

Luckily the movie ends.

I head up to my room. My room has purple walls and a hard wood floor. I have a black bunk bed, the bottom and top, covered in black pillows and blankets. Opposite of the door is a window, underneath the window is a desk filled with paper and pencils. And the wall opposite of the bunk bed is a book shelf, filled with books I haven't read. I find sparrow sitting in the middle of floor. I decide to give her some space and go into sams room. I have a habit of stealing chocolate from him.

After stealing a piece of chocolate that Sam will never know is missing, I sneak outside to meet up with Jordan. 'Sparrow, Your not the only one with a secret friend' I smirk. We meet up in the middle of the woods. "Hey, could we go to your house" I ask casually. "Ok. No one is there right now." He says, and we head to his house.

Jordan

I've been a little hesitant to bring sky over, because of my family, but I'm sure she'll be fine.

I'm not exactly sure about sky... I mean, I think she knows I have powers, she's not stupid, but why would she want to hang out with me if she knew? Maybe she's a wizard like me!

When we head into my house her eyes brighten with excitement.

Sky

This house is amazing!

I think Jordan knows that I know that he's a wizard.

"Hey, Jordan?" I ask. "Yeah?" He replies. "I'm a wizard" I say quickly, closing my eyes. Silence. "Yah, me too" he says quietly. "So..cool?.." I say "yah, cool" he smiles.

"So, if you want I could teach you some spells and stuff" He say. "Yah, that sounds awesome!" I smile.

Jordan leads my to a room in the house that they use as a training room. He teaches my tons of new things, like how to disappear.

He hands me a stack of books about witchcraft and spells.

I love the books, he gave me 6 books. I put them in my black backpack and explore the house with him.

At about 5:00 I head home. I run into sparrow on the way home."we were hanging out all day, got it?" I say to her. I don't think Emma and harlie are that fond of sparrow hanging out with maggot. "Kay" she says.

"Where have you guys been?" Emma asks. "We were at the arcade" I explain. "I think sparrow was with Magnus" Emma sings, making a kissy face. Oh yah, I forgot that his real name was Magnus. "He should be called magnet, because he's always stuck on you" harlie laughs at sparrow. "Where were you?" Harlie asks, pointing at me. "I was at the arca-" I remembered that I wasn't suppose to leave the house. Crap. "I was playing video games here" I say. "Sure" Emma smiles. "Shut up, you want me to tell mom that you broke the stove." I smirk at harlie and Emma. They look at me shocked. "But that would be lying" I cut emma off. "I don't care." I smile. "Ok, we'll shut up" emma and harlie say at the same time.
