Sams pov

I sit next to Elizabeth on the couch and turn on the tv to a sports channel. A loud ringing goes through the house, alerting me that someone is trying to call. I pick up the phone to see that mom and dad are calling. "Hello-" I answer but am cut off by the yelling in the background. "Sky's gone! It's our fault I shouldn't have-" mom rambles, not even making sense. "Mom, calm down. Can I talk to someone who isn't freaking out?" I ask. "That would be me" I hear a voice say quietly in the background. "Hey Sam, so quick update." Sparrow says.

Sparrow explains how sky ran away. "-but I'm sure she's fine, she is, uh- kinda responsible." Sparrow says, as more of a question. Sparrow seemed very calm about this, but that didn't mean she didn't care about her, it's just that sparrow is always good at staying calm in panicky situations. She was the one who alway had an idea, and knew what to do. Sky, in her own way, was like that to. She knew that she couldn't handle what was coming at her, and removed herself from the situation.

"I'm sure she's at Jordan's or something, we're checking now, but just keep an eye out for her." Sparrow concluded.

I told Elizabeth what happened, and she offered to go out to town to look for her. I told Elizabeth that it wasn't safe to go out at night, searching aimlessly. But she ignored me and went anyway. Elizabeth can be too caring for her own good.

-----

"Sam?" A quiet voice sounds. I turn to see a sniffling sky standing near the just opened window. "Oh dear, you're soaking wet!" Elizabeth cries, wrapping a blanket around sky. I pick up the phone to call mom. "Please don't call them." Sky says quietly. Her unnatural quietness was starting to scare me. Sky was almost always yelling, whether she was happy or sad. "..ok." I say, hanging up the phone. Sky rarely said please to me. She must really mean it.

She sat on our couch, her head hanging down and her hair hanging over her face. "I need to call them. They're worried about you." I persuade. Elizabeth was making sky hot chocolate, despite sky saying she didn't need to. "I-I can't talk to them right now." She says quietly. "You don't have to, I'll call and talk to them." I say slightly confused. Of course I would talk, sky doesn't seem to be that stable right now. "No, I mean you'll tell them where I am, then they'll make a mad dash over here and yell at me. 'Why did you run away?' 'You had us so worried'" she says, mimicking pretty spot on voices of Emma, and mom. "And I'll have to tell them about how I was overreacting and being a stupid moody teenage." She cries, covering her face with her hands. "Yeah I understand." I say. "Well, I have an idea." Elizabeth says smiling.

Jordan's pov

"Guys shut up, I'm on the phone!" I yell walking into a empty room to try and cancel out some of the noise. "Hello?" I answer. "Hi,youneedtocallmyparentsandsaythatI'mwithyoubut
Don'ttellthemexactlywhereIam,justsayIranawaywithyou orsomething, you'llthinkofawaybye!" Sky's voice yells quickly over the phone. "What?! H-Hello?" I call to the phone, but she already hung up. Well this is going to be difficult. I run my fingers through my hair.  "Need help?" Joe asks entering the room. "Stop spying on me." I say. "You know you need my help." He says crossing his arms. "Yeah." I sigh handing him the phone.

Joe calls sky's parents and puts the phone up to his ear. "Hello," joe answers in a voice that sounded exactly like mine. "Well, the thing is. Sky's with me," joe says. Then his voice changes to match sky's. "hi guys." He says happily. His voice then turns back to mine. "Yeah, I can't bring her back." He says. "Uh huh, yeah, well sky and I are running away- correction, have run away." He says matter-o factly. "Well we just think it's better this way. Now we can love each other without family getting in the way." He smirks. Maybe giving him the phone was a bad idea. I quickly try to reach for it, but joe easily holds me back. "Calm down, you we'll visit once every ten years." He says into the phone. I'm going to kill joe. Joe quickly hangs up.

"Joe! What did you do!" I shout. "Hey, you should thank me. I didn't make your voice sound all squeaky like it normally is." He says. "My voice isn't squeaky!" I argue. "Yes it is." Joe smiles, "it hasn't been squeaky for years! And thanks to you sky's father is going to kill me!" I start freaking out. When/if her father finds me he's going to want to know where sky is, and I wouldn't be able to tell him, because I don't know!

"Calm down, you're making this a bigger deal then it is." Joe laughs. "Ugh! I'm never asking for your help again! And thanks to you, sky's dad is going to kill me." I shout. "Calm down, worst thing that'll happen is that I'll have to hide a few body's. I'll throw them in The river I threw lime-" his smile turns to frown, he quickly realizes what he said and covers his mouth, his eyes wide. "What! You killed lime!" I yell. "No- I- uh, forget I said anything!" He yells running away. "You can't just kill people!" I yell chasing after him. "Come on! No one even remembers her anyway!" Joe says crossing his arms. "Still that's not-" I get cut of by the sound of a big explosion. "Well, right in time, got to go!" Joe chuckles, disappearing.

"Emma, you didn't need to blow up the door. We could have just opened it." I hear Harlie voice. Well, time to hide. I run down the hall, trying to get as far away from sky's crazy family as possible. I feel something pull my legs and I fall to the ground. I look behind me to see Emma holding my legs and grinning. Her bright pink hair covering her face. "Hi Jordan!" She greets smiling. "Where is our daughter?!" Sky's dad and mom yell.
