"In the changing rooms!" Sophie screams down the phone and I pull it away from my ear.

"Really you need to try and use your indoor voice women," I say groaning.

"Sorry but jeez, that's just – well kinda hot I guess," she says and I can tell she's trying her best to hold in any and all excitement.

"It was I promise you, I guess I can stop worry about Sam now," I say and I feel like I actually can.

"Of course you can, Sam may be gorgeous, and have the body of a –"

"Not helping Soph," I say cutting her off and I can hear her laughing.

"Why must you wind me up?" I question the little cow.

"Well it is easy," She laughs.

"And he is gorgeous," I say because like I said – really I'm no competition; he's tall, lean, has short blonde hair and bright green eyes, he also has a brilliant tan, but that doesn't mean I'll go down without a fight.

"You and Zach made any plans for the weekend?" Sophie asks.

"No why?" I question instantly worried.

"Well mum's mentioned you guys are coming over for a family dinner Saturday – no outsiders." Sophie says and I know she is rolling her eyes.

"Well that's-" I say but I'm cut off as Sophie starts talking again but I quickly realise it's not to me "What time is it? 10:54pm mother the clock is right there! Yeah that's – it's Tom, oh? Of course I can."

"Sorry what was that?" She asks me.

"I was going to say well that's just wonderful." I say because I know the only reason Sophie wasn't just grounded was because she said it was me, seriously where I'm concerned she could get away with anything.

"Yeah well I'm sure mum will spend the whole time slating both our boyfriends so it will be lovely," she says and my bedroom door opens.

"Honey are you still up?" Mum asks and I see she is ready for bed.

"Yes mum I'm on the phone."

"Zach?"

"Huh no, it's Sophie," I say confused why she'd even think it would be Zach at this time of night.

"Oh ok, well can you get to bed?" She questions and walks out; I wonder what she would have said if I'd told her it was Zach.

"Mum says I have to go to bed," I say to Soph.

"Why on earth did she think I was Zach? Is she feeling ok?" She asks and I shrug forgetting she can't see me.

"God knows, she's been acting weird for months," I say because she has and so have Bobby and Andrea actually but then this family is odd normally so I'm not sure if how they are acting now is actually considered normal; god my family is confusing.

"You're thinking too much Tom, I can practically hear you," She tells me laughing.

"Your right, night Soph," I tell her.

"Night Tom," She tells me hanging up.

The next morning at school me and Sophie are by our locker; she is shoving yet more crap in it and I'm looking at the posters that are still stuck there.

"Don't you think we should maybe update these?" I say and Sophie looks at me strangely for a moment.

"Well it would nice to have one of Ben," She says shrugging.

"Maybe we could get one of the four of us or something," I say and then I notice Zach at the other end of the hall.

I'm about to call him when I see he's with Sam.

"That would be a serious about of hot in one relationship," I hear Sophie say besides me and I whack her with my bag.

"Seriously?" I question but I don't take my eyes off Sam because I hate the way he is looking at Zach.

"Of course, but you and Zach are hot together too," She says and her slamming our locker closed causes me to look away for a second. When I look back up Sam is whispering something in Zach's ear, he has his hand on his waist; I'm so far from uncomfortable with how close they are that I start closing the distance between us without even realising it.

Zach spots me first and he looks slightly panicked.

"Baby, I – this isn't -," he stutters trying to get out from under Sam's grip.

"It's ok babe, I just came to say hello," I tell him and I pull him away from Sam and into my arms. He starts to talk but I cut him off by melding my lips to his, I run my tongue across his bottom lip, and as he melts into me and moans I thrust my tongue in, tasting him and forcing him to taste me, it's the first time I've ever had the upper-hand, and this whole control thing is definitely going to my head; the wrong head in fact and I can feel Zach getting hard against me too so with regret I pull away slightly.

"That was some hello," Zach tells me looking me directly in the eye and even though he's never said it and nor have I can see the love there.

"You know if you pissed on him it would have been less obvious," I hear someone say from beside us.

I look away from Zach not surprised to find it was Sam that spoke, he doesn't sound as sexy as I thought he would and it makes me smile.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" I ask and I see his face harden instantly.

"Sam, Sam Smith." He says and holds his hand out for me to shake; I take it only because I can't be that rude even if I want to be.

"I'm Tom, Tom Brown."

He eyes me suspiciously for a moment before he speaks again.

"Think about what I said Zach." He says and then he's gone.

I turn to Zach and he's blushing, I love how it looks on him but I hate that Sam put it there.

"What did he say?" I ask but I'm not sure I want to know.

"It doesn't matter, because I don't want to think about it, I have you and I'm happy, you don't need to worry Tom," He tells me and I'm worried suddenly that he's annoyed at me for kissing him like that.

"Did I – are you mad at me for kissing you like that?" I whisper into his ear as the corridor is getting slight busier and I don't want loads of people hearing.

"Yes I am, very mad, now I'll have a hard on for the whole of first period," He whispers back smiling. He kisses me quickly on the lips and then heads of too class, I spin around and practically walk into Sophie.

"Please tell me you didn't record that?" I say looking at her suspiciously.

"I didn't, but I kind of wish I had, I mean do you know how many people would pay to see something that hot?" She asks and I choose to ignore her, I don't need to encourage her.
