• Evan •Like the complete loser I am, when I start getting ready for school the next morning, I look through all my clothes for the best outfit. Does that make me sound super gay? I want to look good when I tell Christian I like him and he is another boy, after all. So, yeah. Kind of gay, but that's okay.
I eventually pick out a nice gray, long sleeve V-neck shirt and a pair of dark blue jeans. The shirt is kind of snug but that's good because it shows off the muscles I have. I'm not exactly a twig, but I'm not ripped either.
I slip on my gray converse and smile to myself. They go really well with my gray shirt. Anyways... I'm just glad I didn't do the typical main character thing where they call their best friend for help picking out an outfit. That's usually for first dates though, so maybe I'll end up calling her then.
Probably not, actually. She'd laugh at me and I don't really have a lot of clothes to pick from anyways.
I shake my head to try and clear my thoughts as I grab my phone and keys off my nightstand. I pat the back of my jeans to make sure I have my wallet and once I feel it, I head to the kitchen. My stomach feels like it's doing flips or something with how nervous I am to talk to Christian, but I can still find it in myself to eat a plate of scrambled eggs and bacon.
I put my plate in the sink when I'm done and go out to my car. Both my parents are staying home today because they caught the flu, so I hope I don't catch it. I'm feeling pretty good right now, besides being nervous as hell.
I'm distracted the whole ride to Mackenzie's by thoughts of Christian and, yeah, that's not really a good thing. It doesn't take long for Mackenzie to run out of her house and hop in my car. As soon as she's in, she gives me this large, kind of creepy, smile.
"How do you feel?" She asks excitedly.
"Feel about what?"
She gives me a look that tells me not to play dumb and thumps my nose. Good thing I'm not driving yet, she could've caused me to have an accident.
"Okay, okay." I surrender, putting the car in reverse so I can back out of her driveway. "I'm feeling a mixture of nervousness and excitement. He is the first guy I've ever liked and it's a bit scary."
"That's completely normal, I imagine. I'm so excited. You guys are going to be so cute together." She practically squeals.
We get to the school and my nervousness seems to increase. I'm obviously not going to tell Christian at school, but just the thought of asking to hangout after is making my hands shake. What if he isn't even at school today?! I sigh as we make our way into the building. I hope I don't feel like this all day.

Evan has been acting weird all day, weirder than normal, and I want to know what's up with him. Mackenzie said she would talk to him, but just what did she say?
He's been staring at me throughout the day and when I lock eyes with him, he looks away. Does he not want anything to do with me anymore? I don't know, but I'm going to find out and I'm going to find out now.
