Siren song of Loreley

Waves crashed against the shore like a lazy flower swaying in the breeze. she watched the couple on the beach. the rocks and seaweed her hidden spot as she watched the couple on the beach. she saw the way he ran his hands down her body and pull her closer. as she watched she saw another woman walk down the beach and see the couple. she screamed and walked up to the man who now looked up from the woman he was on top of. the new lady slapped him and ran away crying. the lady he was on top of pushed him off her and ran up the beach. To catch the other woman. probably to beg forgiveness

Ah. a lying cheating dog she thought as she came out of her hiding spot amongst the barnacles and seaweed. the man was now sitting on the beach with his head in his hands. she walked up to him slowly, her feet gliding along the wet sand near the shore. the music from the island party was fading in and out of the beach. when she reached the man he looked up. he immediately got up and brushed some of the sand from his rumpled clothes. he was handsome. blonde hair, hazel eyes. but they are all the same. Men. lying cheating dogs who fuck who they want when they want.
"H-hello." he stammered as his eyes traveled up and down her naked body in approval. no need for clothes if you live in the sea.
"Hello." she replied reaching for him he submitted easily and kissed her back. his hands roaming over her perfect skin. she pulled him to the rocks where she had watched him before and flipped him so he was beneath her. she took her lips from his mouth and kissed a path down his jaw and up again, hearing his quick intake of breath. she wad the predator and he was her prey. it was time for the final chase. she reached the spot near his ear.
"Liar," she whispered before she dragged him to the water and bit him. His blood tasted vile and coppery. All the memories he had she was absorbing and making them hers. she heard his heartbeat stutter then stop. she had drank until he was drained dry. because that's what happens to men that don't treat their ladies right. Loreley takes revenge because someone had done that to her long, long ago. She sang a soft tune as she disappeared into the cool midnight water to wait for her next victim.



Declan woke up from the dream with a start. he had shot up so fast that he had hit his head on the top bunk of the bed that he shared with his younger brother. it was still nighttime and the traveling rays of the moon came through the window and shone some light in the darkened bedroom. Declan rubbed at the spot on his forehead and groaned. he would have a bump there in the morning.

he got out from under the top bunk and walked to the window. the sea was clearly visible from the window. the full moon pushing and pulling the tide from the ocean to the shore. Declan leaned forward in the window. he could swear he saw someone on the beach. He could also swear that the person on the beach was looking at him too. Declan ran down to the Front door, unlocked it and swung it open.


He looked out at the beach again and saw that whatever he saw was now gone. Declan thought that whatever it was must have been his imagination. he was about to walk inside and go back to bed when he heard the faint whisper of a song. Declan looked back and listened more intently. he could hear the faint string of crying.....
