While everyone else is in god knows where, Natasha is in the gym, the place she frequently is in. It's her routine, Fury can give her a mission any time, which means she needs to stay in shape every time. Speaking of missions, it had been a while since Fury sent her on a mission since she joined the Academy, she missed being on the field in action kicking butts. She would spar with Clint during free time, but always end up in a tie. She'd use every equipment in the gym, from the punching bag to the treadmill. She tied her hair  in a ponytail and started working on the punching bags.

"Natasha," Steve greeted her walking in to the gym complete in his workout attire.

"Rogers," she replied without looking his way, focusing on the punching bags, "you up for a round or two?"

"Of course, I bet I'll beat you this time," he smirked.

"Really? I doubt it. Love the confidence though," she said teasingly.

"Oh, so that's how it is?" He asked amused. She walked towards the sparring area, eyes challenging him. Steve went in the area too, ready to spar. Hands and legs on position, ready to attack. He knew she was fast, agile, he's planning to beat her with his strength, aiming to hit the leg first to unbalance her. She blocked his punches instead, pulling her thighs up and tackled him to the ground. But Steve was not one to back down for a challenge, he got up on his feet and this time he was the one who tackles her to the ground, their faces only inches away. Baby blue eyes drowned in emerald ones, wondering how beautiful she was up close. Natasha too wondered the same, she have never seen such blue eyes, the clearest shade of blue, gosh she can stare at them for eternity, hey snap out of it Romanoff. She finally was back in the real world, she kneed him and got up and is already on offensive position. The tension broke when Jarvis interrupted them.

"Agent Romanoff?" She just rolled her eyes at the interruption.

"What is it?"

"There's someone who's requesting to get in and access the gym, she said she's with you, should I let her in?" Natasha thought who could it be,ah! The Sharon girl. She then told Jarvis to let her in and show her the way. Natasha fixed her ponytail as she waited for her to get there. There was a ding, then Sharon went in, Steve noticed her but wasn't really captivated by her looks, sure she is pretty but not pretty like Nat. Damn, he was thinking about Natasha again.

Natasha brought Sharon into the gym, showed her some stuff she could use and was about to introduce her to Steve. "This is Steve," she said grabbing his arm, "Steve this is-"

"Agent Romanoff?" Jarvis said again.

"What again Jarvis?" She groaned. Jarvis told her that Fury wants her to take their new teammate, Thor Odinson on a campus tour. As much as she hates to leave Steve in the middle of their spar, she had to do her job. She left Steve alone with Sharon.

"Steve, I'll be back in a while, please get along with Sharon," she said and gave a subtle wink. Steve was left dumbfounded, he was in terrible terms when it comes to talking to a girl, and yet Natasha left him alone. With a girl. How wonderful.

"So, your name is?" He asked trying to break the awkwardness between them.

"Sharon, Sharon Carter." She emphasized the Carter.

"Carter?! Are you related to Peggy, I mean Margaret Carter," Steve asked, suddenly interested in talking to her.

"Yeah, believe it or not she's my great-aunt," she said, Steve started to ask questions, asking if she's alive, how she's doing, and her whereabouts. Sharon took her time answering the questions just for the sake so she could spend more time with Captain America himself. By the end of their conversation, they have already planned to visit Peggy together this weekend. He can't wait to see Peggy again, although she might already be a hundred years old. Steve, being the gentleman he is, decided to walk Sharon back to her dorm, earning Sharon some jealous looks from her dorm neighbors but the shrugged it off anyway.

By the time he returned, Natasha is back in the living room, a book in her hands. "Hey, what are you reading?" He asked her.

"Hunger Games," she answered plainly and noticed the happy look on his face."What've you been up to? What's with the happy face look?"

"Uhh, Sharon and I are gonna visit Peggy this weekend. Peggy was my-"

"Girlfriend, I know Stark told me the stories. Why with Sharon?" She asked out of curiosity. She shouldn't have been curious, it was up to him who to go with but she just can't help but ask.

"Sharon's her niece."

"Oh," she knew it! She knew they were related to each other, "interesting, so now you're planning on dating your ex's niece?"

"What?! No!"

"Oh come on Steve, you guys look cute together anyway," she said. Somehow, this doesn't feel right to her. This whole "pushing Steve to Sharon" thing she've done doesn't feel right to her. She doesn't know why, but she always knows when something isn't right. She wasn't supposed to feel this way, she was supposed to feel happy to help Steve get together with Sharon. But she felt the other way around, she just didn't show it to Steve.
