Chapter 24

I carefully draped my arms over his shoulders and around his neck, deepening the kiss. Austin's hands were now on my hips tightly letting me moan against his lips. I felt his tongue slide over my bottom lip asking for permission, I opened my mouth allowing him.My breathing increased as I long craved for his kiss. 

I twirled my fingers with his curls on the back of his head and tugged slightly making him moan. Our lips parted as allowing Austin to leave trails of kisses on my jaw. He mad his way to my sweet spot on my neck and nipped at it making my eyelids flutter.

"I missed you so much." He whispered in my ear.

"I missed you too." I said leaning into his neck leaving sweet kisses.

A shattering noise causes us to jump apart. For those few minutes I had totally forgot we were still at Alex's house.

I heard Alex playfully yell at Zach for dropping a vase. Austin and I burst into laughter after we realised what we were just doing.

"The way you kissed me I could defiantly tell you've missed me." He teased. My cheeks flushed pink and softly pushed him, laughing off his comment.

Austin smiled and stood up, never losing eye contact. He extended his hand out for me so I would be able to join him. I hesitated for a little while then placed my tiny, fragile hand into his strong palm. Within an instant I felt a bolt of electricity shoot through me after one simple touch between us.
I steadied myself on my wedges and fixed my dress so that you couldn't see any wrinkles from sitting down making out with Austin.

"I love that dress on you." His eye darted up and down my body. I felt my cheeks getting red as I looked down at my feet.

"Sorry am I making you uncomfortable?" He asked, taking a step closer to me.

"Um yea. It's okay though." I smiled at him and began walking to the back door. Austin followed behind me as we walked back to the living room where our closest friends were talking about who broke the vase.

As soon as we sat on the same couch together silence filled the room.
"So are you guys back together or not?" Robert asked bluntly, breaking the silence. We all began laughing and Austin and I looked at each other.

"Yea I guess so." I spoke softly with a huge smile on my face.The crowd applauded our announcement and cheered.

I felt Austin's hand gently grab my thigh as he rubbed his thumb along my knee, calming me. I really did miss his touch. I don't know what came over me after he left but I miss his hands on me. I studied the way Austin's eyelashes looked every time he blinked and how sharp his jawline was. Was it like that the last time? His skin looked so soft and I just wanted to brush the back of my hand across his cheek.
The sound of Renee's voice broke my trance of staring at Austin's face and I'm glad she did before Austin caught me. I would've been so embarrassed.

She walked into the kitchen, motioning me to follow her. I do and I sit on the bar stool waiting for her to tell me what she wanted.

"So you're back with Austin?"

"Yea. I really did miss him." I admitted.

"Are you okay? Is this what you really want?"

"Yes. Of course. I missed him so much. I was heartbroken when he left me. But he's back now."

"I remember how heartbroken you were and I don't want that to happen to you ever again."

"I know. It won't." I reassure her with a smile.

"But he's leaving you know." The smile quickly vanishes.

"Oh yeah.." I had forgotten that he was only visiting for a few days. I don't even know how long the boys said he would be here.
