Chapter 26

"Come with you?" I asked, managing to get a few words out.

"To Miami!" His eyes began to glow with excitement.

"Austin, I don't know about that.." I hesitated momentarily.

"Please! It would be so much fun!" he pleaded holding my hands within his. "This way we will never be apart from one another again" he quickly added, taking my hands in his.

"This is a big decision I have to make... I mean you just came back.. and you want me to move back with you?" I asked.

"Don't you want to be with me?"

"Of course I do! But I have school and my family and my friends. I can't just get up and move 3,000 miles away with you."

"You can be homeschooled like me. And I will fly you back and forth to visit your family and friends. I can't lose you again Brooke. You mean way too much to me to lose for a third time."

"Okay.."

"Okay you're moving in with me?!" he exclaimed, his eyes brightening.

"Let me finish. I said okay I will think about it."

"Oh. Well I hope you say yes." he says pulling me in for a hug.

I embrace him and tightly shut my eyes allowing my brain to go into full effect of all the thoughts and questions I have. Will I be able to move with Austin? It's a long way that will be between me and my father. My dad! I totally forgot about my dad! I can't live without him and I know he won't let me go live with Austin in Florida. I have school to finish and Renee to enjoy it with. I had always saw myself going all four years to a high school and one day walking across that stage to recieve my diploma. I never thought I would be living with a boy I fell for when I was younger in another state being homeschooled.

This is a lot to think about in just a few hours. Austin will be leaving tomorrow afternoon and it's up to me to decide if I'm going with him or not.

We pull out of our long hug and Austin notices my worried expression instantly.

"What's wrong babe?"

"I don't know." I lie.

"Of course you do know. Tell me." I roll my eyes at his demanding comment.

"This is a lot to think about that's all. And I have to make my decision before tomorrow." I bring my hands up to my face and yell into my palms. "This is so stressful."

"I know it is but whatever you decide it will be a good choice. I'm sorry I brought this on you so quickly, I just wasn't sure if you were going to take me back or not."

"It's okay. What time is it anyways?" I ask, changing the subject.

"Umm it's 10:30." where had the time gone? It only seemed like we were here for a few minutes.

"Oh my goodness! The guys are probably worried sick about us!" I stand up, brushing out my dress nerously.

"Nah, I told Alex we'd be busy." He winked at me as he stood next to me. I playfully hit the side of his arm and laughed at his statement.

When Austin was fully balanced he grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him, leaving no space between us. I smiled at his suprising action and draped my arms over his shoulders, decreasing the space even more. Austin leaned in so close that our lips barely brushed against each other.

"I love you." His warm breath whispered on my trembling lips.

"I love you too." I responded. Austin leaned away and smiled at me as I leaned closer attempting to kiss him. "You're such a tease you know that!" I yell.
