Chapter Thirty Eight: Luke.

Luke was still crying, when he looked up at me. He tried to talk multiple times, but he was crying too hard to allow a single sound out. 

Luke: Cat... and Joey... 

Landon: What about Cat and Joey..?

Luke: He... left Tyler... for her.

Landon: But, she's with you..?

Luke looked at me, on the verge of crying again.

Luke: I was her cover up. She said tonight she would make her choice, and she just did. 

Erika brought him into a huge hug. I immediately joined in. When I let go, I couldn't help but notice that his sleeve pulled up. It revealed about four straight, pink lines. I grabbed his wrist, and pulled up his sleeve. He started crying, and tried to pull it back down. I noticed Erika step back a few steps, with her hand covering her mouth. 

Luke: I WAS GOING THROUGH ALOT, OKAY?

Landon: You're coming home with us.

I immediately pushed him into my truck, and Erika climbed into the back. He was in a really bad state of mine, and the is no way I'd let him do this again. Once we got to the apartment, I wrapped his arm in an ace bandage, then cleared a spot for him on the couch.

Landon: This doesn't happen again!

Luke: You don't know what I went through! I lost the love of my life, and then, just when I thought I was hopeless, my best friend told me she liked me. I was happy again, only for her to leave me for my former best friend. After all I'd gone through, I was alone, and the blade was my only friend.

Landon: DID IT MAKE YOU FEEL WHOLE?!

Erika: LANDON! Stop yelling at him. You'll only make it feel worse!

Landon: Sorry. 

Something in me wasn't sorry. The fact that he did that to himself made me furious. I felt like I could go off and never come back to LA. Maybe that's what I needed... a trip back home... well to Nashville. I'll see Aaron, and Brad. He may not like Erika, but I just wanna talk to him. I rushed upstairs leaving Erika dn Luke alone for a while. They were close on a very personal level. If I never came into the picture, I feel like they'd make a really cute couple. Luckily I knew nothing would go on between them. Luke is my best friend, and Erika loves me. The thought of that made me a lot less angry. I called Aaron to see if we could stay there next weekend, and he assured everything would be fine! I went downstairs, and Erika was talking to Luke, and I actually saw him smile. They got up and hugged. 

Erika: I'm driving Luke home, I'll be back in five.

Landon: Alright, see ya then babe!

She walked out, and Luke follower her close behind. Once she left, I was still feeling pretty angry, and needed a release. I went upstairs and tried showering, and it didn't work. I tried thinking back on everything that had happened in the past few months. The only thing in my mind was Erika. Now, I'm not one to masturbate, but I was so hard. Can't Erika get home soon...

[Erika's POV]

After Luke left my car, I waited for him to get inside. I looked at my hand and smiled. One day I would be marrying Landon Austin. The thought of me just being a fan a year ago makes me so happy. I whipped out my camera and started to vlog. "Hey beautiful people, I'm gonna have a special video for anybody going through a really tough time. A good friend of mine really is right now, and I hope that the video will brighten up your day! Short vlog today, I'm sorry, but I mean, I need to start planning for this video! So, leave me comments on who you want to see in future videos!! Alright, bye!!" I closed me camera and started driving. I couldn't wait to go home, all I wanted to do was snuggled with my man, watch a movie, and eat like pigs. I just really need an escape right now. When I got to the apartment, the second I opened the door, I was enveloped in a kiss. I'm not sure how much time passed, but after a long kiss, we broke for a breath. I put my keys down and rested me forehead on his.

Erika: Well, hello to you too!

He didn't even say anything, he just picked me up, and carried me upstairs. He began kissing my neck with my legs wrapped around him. I felt him get harder as he grinded between my legs. He put me on the bed, then pulled off his shirt. I glanced down, and noticed the bulge in his pants. He winked, and got on top of me, kissing me again. He slid his hand under my shirt, until reaching my breast. He then pulled off my shirt, and started kissing my neck again. This was a new level of sex for Landon. He was always great in bed, but this was different. I trailed off in thought of him, and before I knew it, my shirt was off. He game me a little wink, then put his tip in. God was he a tease. He slowly pushed himself in, making a moan escape my mouth. I got the chills, starting at the bottom of my spine, creeping all the way to my head. It made my cheeks turn red. After what seemed like an eternity, he lied down next to me. We snuggled up, and I was rubbing small circles on his chest.

Erika: So what was that about, huh?

Landon: I can't make love to my fiance?

Erika: Is it against your religion to say sex or something..? Because when you say "make love", you sound like a girl.

Landon: My religion..? You're catholic too!

Erika: Can't I win for once? Haha.

Landon: Well, maybe we should call Kalel or Anthony and explain what happened.

Erika: Alright, I'll call.

I got up and called Kalel, explaining how Luke just needed some alone time away from Joey. She said that Marzia and Felix would be here for a few more weeks, and could hangout again sometime, without Joey. We talked for a while about small things, then I hung up. Landon just got out of the shower, and was getting dressed. I figured I might as well shower now, then maybe work on some new covers. When I got out, I could here Landon talking to someone, but couldn't make out the voice. I dressed in some skinny jeans, and one of my #HollensFamily shirts, then stood at the top of the steps. It was definitely a boy... but who..?
