The first day of school with Adrian...I really don't want to get up, but I can't miss school for no reason.

Sighing, I rolled out of bed and went to my closet. I grabbed a pair of black sweats and an neon blue t-shirt. Ever since freshman year ended I had stopped making an effort to dress nice, I wasn't trying to impress anyone so why bother?

After I straightened my hair and put on a little eyeliner I went out into the kitchen to make coffee, but Adrian was already up, sitting at the counter with his own cup. He glanced up at me, groaned, and dropped his head until it rested against the countertop.

I laughed, "tired?"

He muttered something I couldn't hear and shuffled past me to go get ready. Shaking my head at him I went to make sure my book bag had everything I would need for the day, including gold fish and granola bars and a couple cans of starbucks coffee. I'm addicted I know.

Looking around I spotted Adrian's book bag and decided to stuff a few snacks in it too. Hungry men are cranky men and I definately did not want to deal with that.

Yawning, I stretched, and patted my stomach. I had gotten leaner over the summer, ready for a new school year, except no one would notice under my baggy clothes. I shrugged, oh well.

I was nibbling on some strawberries when Adrian came out of the bathroom. Oh sweet jesus, I swallowed.

He was wearing dark, straight leg jeans, an Alesana band shirt and black converse.

I sighed mentally...he was so good-looking, and I wasn't. At least I didn't have to worry about impressing him, because there was no way I could compare to that.

Getting up I grabbed my book bag and keys, sneaking one more glance at him as he rubbed his eyes like a little kid. Taking a deep breath I opened the door, Day One.
