Jake and Cecily left me alone to think about everything that had happened so far and to think about how to unlock the rest of my Goddess Fonic Artes.

That was when something flashed across my vision for a second. I looked up into the air and saw a hoard of flying monsters carrying ligers coming straight for the ship.

"It can't be..." I muttered quickly and turned to warn everyone when someone appeared in front of me. Her long blonde hair was in a bun and she had two guns aimed at me.

"By the wishes of Arietta I shall let you live, but don't try anything funny." A flying monster landed next to me and the woman signaled for me to get on.

"You're Legretta the Quick, another God-General alongside Arietta and Sync." I stated and she smiled.

"I guess you should know that much, yes. Now get on!" She said sharply as I climbed on the monster's back. It took off into the air and I had to cling to it to keep from falling off.

"Zora, thank goodness. I thought Legretta was going to hurt you if you stayed there much longer." Arietta said from one of the flying monsters beside me.

"Arietta, please stop this madness. Why are you trying to take the Tartarus?" I asked.

"I'm sorry I can't tell you. But they want you to be safe so I have to bring you back with me." I shook my head as I saw Jake, Cecily, Jade, Luke, Tear, Ion and Mieu all running around the Tartarus trying to take it back.

"Arietta...this is madness..." I said and jumped off of the bird.

"Zora!" She called out. I could feel the wind on my back as I fell to the ground. I flipped at the last second and landed lightly on my feet.

"So you will continue to be an issue?" Legretta appeared behind me and I saw Ion with Arietta.

"Ion?!" I could see something was wrong with the way he looked. He was very pale. Then I remembered when Ion uses Daathic Artes his body tends to get weaker. "Where did you take him?!" I growled at Legretta.

"Why does it matter to you?" She growled back as I glared at her.

"Legretta, you promised you wouldn't hurt her!" Arietta called out and Legretta lowered her weapon, before turning and firing at someone who had knocked Arietta out of the way and grabbed Ion. The bullets just barely missed their target.

"Now I would appreciate it if you would give back Her Highness as well." Jade said looking at me sharply.

"Stay away from her!" Arietta yelled one of her ligers came in front of me.

"Then you leave me with no other choice." Jade made his spear appear.

"Stop!" I called out.

"Zora." Jade said.

"Please stop, you wouldn't listen to me when you killed Arietta's mother and now you had better listen to me or else." Jade looked at me shocked.

"Or else what?"

"Or else you won't be alive much longer. Jade the Necromancer." I said letting a sword appear at my waist.

"You would seriously choose to fight me, Zora?" He asked holding his spear up.

"Yes I would. Because let's be real Jade, you only listened to me because of my father. Your best friend..." I said and pulled the sword out of its holder. Arietta and Legretta looked at me stunned.

"Zora, you would really go against Jade?" Ion asked concerned as he looked between the two of us.

"Ion, I may respect you as the Fon Master, but do not get between this fight. It will only end in the unnecessary bloodshed of an innocent person." I stated and looked towards Jade, he was clenching his teeth. I knew Jade better than anyone and I knew he didn't want to fight me. I was the closest thing he had to a daughter in this world.

"I won't fight you." Jade's spear disappeared back into his arm and I sighed with relief. "However, we will be taking Ion back." He stated. Legretta and Arietta did nothing to stop them as they ran off.

Arietta turned to look at me.

"Are you alright?" She asked me suddenly and I turned away from her.

"I'm fine, but who is it that wants to keep me "safe?" I asked.

"That is for us to know and for you to find out." I chuckled. "What's so funny?" Legretta asked.

"You. You think you're threatening but really you're just a complaining child." I heard the guns' fire and I moved out of the way just as they passed my face.

"Legretta!" Arietta yelled.

"She annoyed me." Legretta stated.

"And that gives you the right to try to kill her?" Arietta yelled back.

"That's enough girls, she's alright and there is no harm to her. Now let's get her back to the base." I looked to my left and saw a man with gray spiky hair and a large scythe.

"Largo, the Black Lion." I said without hesitating a second.

"Hello Your Highness, I trust you are well." I looked at him confused at the kindness in his voice.

"Cut the crap, why do you all want me?" I asked.

"Well someone is acting a little out of character for being a princess." I rolled my eyes at his comment.

"Princess or not I deserve an answer." I stated.

"We don't owe you anything." Legretta said and pointed her gun at my head.

"Then go ahead and shoot me. I have no reason to associate myself with you. Legretta the Quick. I have no reason to know anything about you but yet you've dragged me into something I don't want to be a part of. So shoot me." I said calmly and she clenched her teeth before pulling the gun away. "So I see, you're desperate if you wouldn't kill me when you had the chance." I muttered and crossed my arms.

"We need to get on to the Tartarus and go, he's waiting." I thought about Largo's use of the word he. So a man was in charge of the God-Generals, but who is the better question. And why?
