Sweet Cheese and Crackers [Nick's POV]

I don't even know how I came up with this, but I'm glad I did.

"Sweet cheese and crackers."

I don't know why, but Judy was always saying it. I guess it was sort of her catchphrase, but why sweet cheese and crackers? It didn't make sense to me and, honestly, I really wanted to ask Judy about it. But instead, I decided to have a jab at her for it.

We mainly knew eachother because of our banter, so I knew she wouldn't het offended, probably just a little annoued, but it would definitely be worth seeing.

So, one day when we both had the day off, I made Judy a box of sweet cheese and crackers and took it over to her house. She gladly let me in, asking what was with the box, and I simply told her that she would have to wait and see.

We went into her kitchen, and she hopped on one of the counter stools while I placed the box onto the counter in front of her before taking a seat next to her and watching her open the box. The transition on her face from her being excited to her narrowing her eyes at me made me fall off the stool laughing.

She pulled out the note resting on top of the sweet cheese and crackers and read it out loud.

""Sweet cheese and crackers" -Judy2016."

She then lowered the note and looked down at me, shaking her head and a laugh escaped her lips.

"You know what? Screw you, Nick."
