Oblivious [General POV]

I didn't even know I had this picture on my iPad until I came across it. I have over 200 Judy x Nick pictures on here and earlier my dad told me I have an unhealthy obsession with Junick and I just went: "ya don't say."

How did Judy even end up in this situation? How the actual hell did she end up helping Nick pick out a shirt for his date tonight? They were all the same! Better yet, how did she even end up falling in love with someone she knew she could never have?

Nick was a fox, and Judy was a bunny. It wouldn't work out, even though she desperately wanted it to. But, obviously, it didn't as she was stuck in Nick's apartment helping him pick out a shirt for his date.

"You think Venus will like it?" He asked, buttoning up his shirt facing away from Judy.

Just hearing her name made Judy frown. She folded her arms across her chest and pouted. "I'm sure she'll love it."

On the outside and inside, Nick was smirking. All of this was fake, a ploy even, to get Judy to see just how much Nick liked her. Venus wasn't real, she was just someone Nick made up last minute, and Judy really seemed to be falling for it.

Nick knew she was supposed to oblivious, but was she really that oblivious?

"You know, the moment I saw Venus I just knew she was the one for me," he began to monologue, hearing Judy growl softly from behind him, which made him smirk.

In his case, "Venus" was code for Judy. Clever fox.

"She's just...beautiful. And her eyes are...they're amazing! They sparkle like diamonds and she's got an amazing personality. She just gets me! You know?" He was really rubbing salt into the wound, but it was all a part of the plan.

But at this point, Judy had had enough.

"No, Nick, I don't know!" She sighed, the two of them turning around to face eachother at the same time. "Look, I don't mean to be rude, but I don't want to keep hearing about how great this girl is when...when I'm in love with you!"

Nick smirked. Then he chuckled. Then he laughed. And Judy was so confused.

"Carrots, you actually are a dumb bunny," he chuckled, ruffling the fur on top of Judy's head.

"Huh?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I was talking about you!" He smiled. "Venus is just some chick I made up on the spot to get you to notice how much I like you! You idiot," he joked.

Judy blinked at Nick.

"So, there's no Venus?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at her best friend.

"No!" Nick laughed, the emerald in his eyes glistening in the dim light.

Judy just stared at Nick with a confused expression on her face until she finally came to and slapped him round the back of the head.

"You idiot!" She yelled, thumping her foot against the floor angrily.

Nick just chuckled and rubbed the back of his head.

"You're so oblivious, Carrots."

"You tricked me!" She whined, folding her arms in front of her chest.

"I love you~" he teased and Judy's cheeks burned bright red before she turned around so that her back was facing Nick.

"I love you too," she mumbled stubbornly.
