Chapter 11

Charlotte's POV

I watched as Liam pulled out of my driveway. I gave him one last wave and a smile before going back inside. When I got inside, I found Madison layed on my couch sleeping. The TV was still on and there was food everywhere. I chuckled to myself, isnt she great?

I put my carnivals stuffed animal down and my purse and headed towards the kitchen. I got out to pans and quietly headed over to where Madison was plastered on the couch. I counted silently in my head before banging the twos pan together over and over again.

Madison woke up but fell off the couch. I was also on the ground laughing my ass off.

"Shut up! That was not funny!" She yelled at me getting up. I wiped on last tear on my face from laughing so hard.

"I'm sorry, but if I was you, you would have done the exact same thing." I said crossing my arms.

She stayed silent for a minute, "True."

I wiped off some crumbs on the couch before taking a seat and flipping through the channels. It wasn't long until Madison joined me.

"Your date! How did it go?" she asked, or should I say yelled. Our attention was no longer on the Tv anymore, but on me.

"It wasn't a date Maddie, and it was actually really fun, the only bad part was bumping into Cody and her date Adam." I sighed.

"No way. Was Liam okay?"

"Yeah he was, he said he was just a little bit hurt, that's all. But she was acting so bitchy. She started making out with Adam right in front of us. It was a good thing we left them, or else I would have puked on the both of them." I shivered thinking of that scene.

"What a bitch. Why would she do that?" Madison said.

"I have no idea, and I don't wanna know. But lets get off this topic, what did you do this whole time?"

Madison shrugged, "Nothing much really. Just practically cleaned out your pantry and watched some Tv. Your mom came home from work, but then she went straight back out."

"Did she say where she was going?" I asked her very curious.

"Uh, no. She just said hi to me and then left again."

"Great." I mumbled only for me to hear.

"Okay, well wanna watch some Tv or a movie?" Madison asked me.

"Yeah, jut let me go change real quick. You can pick out any movie." I said to her before heading upstairs to my room.

I quickly changed out of my clothes and into some very comfy sweats. I washed my face and took off my makeup before putting my hair into a messy bun. Once I was done, I made my way downstairs again. I took a seat on the couch next to Madison.

"So, what movie did you pick?" I said wrapping a blanket around me.

She grabbed the cover of the movie and gave it to me. I laughed at her choice.

"Spongebob the Moive? Are you sure you're a Senior?" I asked her still laughing.

"Yeah I am. I'm just 8 years old at heart." She replied shrugging, earning another laugh from me. Through the movie, Madison started dozing off and then eventually fell asleep. I tried going to sleep, but I couldn't. For some reason I was still wide awake. I looked over at the clock and It read 2:20 AM.

I shook my head in disbelief. I pulled the blanket that was on me off and made my way upstairs, trying not to wake up Madison. I was heading towards my room, until I passed my mom and dad's room. I was debating in my head if I should go in there or not. I decided to go.
