Liam's POV

Seeing Charlotte talking to Louis like that, joking around and laughing until her eyes start to water and her face starts to get red like it always does, makes me feel so distant, like I'm invisible.

Which I proabaly am to her, I haven't talked to her at all since that one day where I said those vicious words her face. I cringe just thinking about her breaking down just from my words.

I deserve this all anyway, I should never have agreed to let her help me that one day because our whole realtionship is so messed up. If I would have nicely declined her offer to help me, than I would be the one making her laugh, and not Louis.

Seeing them interact made me want to punch a brick wall. I don't like the way she was smiling at him, I don't like the way she laughed at whatever he said, and I certainly did not like her rolling her eyes at me.

I'm not gonna lie to myself and say that I'm not jealous. Because I am. I'm beyond jealous that I can't even talk to her anymore.

But like I said, I deserve it.

"Liam!" My thoughts were inturrupted when I heard her voice, slightly cringing at the high pitch noise.

"Hey Codes" I greeted her kissing her temple.

"Are you okay? You seemed out of it"

I nodded, "Yeah.....yeah I'm perfectly fine" I sent a small smile.

She furrowed her eyebrows, "Okay, lets go inside before we're late for class!" She exclaimed, grabbing my hand as we walked to the front entrance.

Charlotte's POV

So many agonizing hours of learning passed by, and it was finally the end of the day. I was literally counting the minutes until summer vacation was here, which was luckily in 2 weeks.

After going to my locker I started to head for my car, but I jumped when lifted me from behind.

I started to shriek, probably causing a scene because of how scared that made me. I turned around, only to be welcomed by the face of my best friend.

I nudged her in the arm, "Madison!"

She laughed, "Sorry! Not my idea, but I'm glad I did it, that was hysterical!"

I flicked pieces of hair out of my face, "Than who's idea was it?"

She pointed to a wall, at first there was no one there, but of course seconds later Louis' head popped out giving me the cockiest smile.

I started to laugh shaking my head at him as he started to turn and walk away, but no before saying "Later Cher bear!" which caused me to groan.

"Since when do you guys talk?" Madison asked.

I shrugged,"I would occasionally talk to him before, but I guess now we're better friends"

She lifted her chin, "Ah I see, well he's quite the character yeah?"

I chuckled, "Yeah he is"

We started to walk to our cars after talking for a while, but I stopped as I heard a voice.

"Hey guys"

I turned around to see him there. Liam. Looking as good as he always does.

No Charlotte. Ugh.

Madison spoke before me, "Hey Liam" she sent him a small smile, and I was burning holes through her skull with my eyes.

I didn't say anything, only starred at the ground.

"What are you guys up to?" He asked, sounding out of place. Good.

She shrugged, "Um, nothing, just about to head home. What uh, what about you?"

"I was just about to head out with Co....with Cody" He put a hand behind his neck.

I inhaled, "Okay, well I better head home, mom is probably wondering where I am so I'll see you guys tomorrow" I sent Madison a small smile.

I was about to open the car door, when I heard my name yet again.

I turned around, deciding I'm done with him hurting me and all this fighting.

"Yeah Liam?"

"I was wondering how you are?"

I scoffed shaking my head, "I'm fine Liam."

He nodded, putting his hands in his pockets, "How's your mom?"

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Fine"

He groaned, "This is weird"

"What is?" I asked, crossing my arms over my chest.

"Us. Ignoring each other. Not really being the friends we used to be."

I shrugged, "Not exactly my fault" I muttered quitely looking at the ground.

"Charlotte I'm so-"

"Liam," I inturrupted, "You don't have to waste your breath apologizing to me. I've heard a lot of them coming from you and I'm honestly sick of  hearing them."

"Charlot-"

"So," I continued, "Until we graduate, your only a person I see in the hallways. I'm tired of fighting with you, and you were right. It would be better for us if we don't see each other anymore. You have Cody, and I just want to focus on the positive things in my life, because with you everything is just a jumbled mess and I'm tired of having my head feel like it's spinning all the time. I never wanted it to be this way, but shit happens, and apprently you lose important things that matter to you because of it."

He only starred at me, with an emotion that I counldn't read. It broke me inside, knowing that I said that, but I had to. And now i feel a little better.

Notice how I said a little.

When I realized he wasn't going to say anything, I got in my car, and drove away with a heavy feeling setting on my chest.

-

This was just a filler! Sorry I made you guys wait so long, I had a lot of exams and schooling.
