Caroline's Pov

After everyone was done handing May around, Hope came down the stairs and looked so confused on who these people were. "aunt Care, who are these people" Hope asked and came and sat on my lap. "Hope this is Elena, Stefan, Damon, Matt, and Jeremy" I said pointing to each one of them. "Everyone this is my niece, Hope" I said and everyone nodded and waved to her.

It was about eleven in the morning now and the only people up was Damon, Hope and me. May was sleeping which was a good thing. Elena and Stefan were in separate guest rooms upstairs sleeping. Damon and I had a cup of blood in our hands while Hope had blood and milk in her sippy cup. "so blondie, how would you like to come back to Mystic Falls" Damon asked while I was getting Hope out of her high chair. "what do you mean, like move back there" I asked and he nodded. "well I guess I could because I would be lonely here" I said and as soon as I said it, Elena came and gave me a huge hug. "yay and just saying I already packed your things and all you have to do is packed the babies things and we are ready" she said and I gave her a shocked face. I put down my coffee cup and handed Elena Hope and went to the nursery.

Once I got to the nursery, May was waking up. I went over to her and picked her up before she woke people up. I went over and sat in the chair with her and fed her. Once she was done, I burped her and then changed her and then set her in her baby swing. Once she was clipped in, I grabbed a suit case from the closet and started packing everything in the nursery.

I was done. I was done packing. May started crying, so I went over to her and picked her up and then she fell asleep in my arms. "Hey you need help" Stefan asked at the doorway which scared the crap out of me. "Yeah can you take these things down to my car please and thank you" I said and he nodded and took everything including the crib. I looked back at May, who was sleeping in my arms, and imagined how we could've been a family with Klaus. I started walking down the stairs and already I could see everyone downstairs waiting for me and May. "Who's ready to go back to Mystic Falls" I said quietly so May wouldn't wake up and everyone cheered.

I got into the back seat of my car and Stefan was up front driving while Damon and Elena rode together and matt and Jeremy rode together. May woke up while I was putting her in the car seat which stinks because I thought she would've slept through some of the car ride. Well that wasn't going to happen. Elena was won putting Hope into her carseat. Thank god she was napping for some of the ride. I settled my stuff in the middle seat of the back and leaned back and looked at my daughter and niece. I was so blessed to have them but I wish they could see there father.

Later that day

Here we were finally. The Salvatore boarding house.
