Caroline's Pov

After I got changed, I ran to the bathroom and puked. Vampires can't get sick though. I had all kinds of thoughts going through my head right now and Klaus looked at me worried. "How can I get sick" I said to Klaus and he came over and rubbed my back. I leaned in to him after wiping my face and just kneeled there. "Maybe we should take you to the doctors" Klaus suggested and I nodded. "I want to go by myself though" I added on and he looked sad. "Why" he asked knowing he would be alone. "Just in case it isn't anything" I said and he just kept looking at me sadly. "Plus you can plan for tonight's bed party" I said like a sexy devil and he gave me his evil sexy face. I kissed Klaus goodbye and got the chauffeur to drive me to the doctors.

"Your pregnant, congratulations" the doctor said and I gulped. How was this possible. I didn't have any idea on how I was going to tell Klaus. I have to talk to one of my friends first. I wiped the gel off and checked out and went back into the limousine. I told him to wait until I was off the phone to leave. I quickly grabbed my phone and called Stefan.

S: Hey Caroline how are you
C: good and I have something to tell you
S: what is it
C: I just found out I'm pregnant and I don't know how I'm going to tell Klaus
S: just tell him like any other human pregnancy and how the hell did you get pregnant
C: ok I will do that and I don't know, I will call you when I know more
S: ok bye

I hung up after saying goodbye. Holy shit, I'm pregnant. Once we reached the house, Klaus came outside and grabbed me into his arms. "So what did the doctor say" he asked and I led him inside to the couch. "Are you okay love" he asked again and I just sat down. "I'm pregnant" I blurted out and he looked surprised. "What" he said again. "I'm pregnant" I said and he looked down at my stomach and you could already tell. "Well love, we will have this baby and be a happy family forever" he said and kissed me. I was happy that he loved the idea of having another kid. Since I was pregnant and my pregnancy will go by fast we would have to leave early. Klaus vamp sped around the house and packed our stuff. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a whole lot of blood bags. I waited for Klaus at the door and finally after the was done packing, we got into the limo.

Back in New Orleans

Klaus's Pov

We just reached New Orleans and Caroline was sleeping on me. I lightly kissed her forehead and she started waking up. "Love, were five minutes away" I said and she nodded and sat up.

Once we were in front of the mansion, everyone was confused about why we came back early. I hopped out of the car and Caroline gave everyone a hug. We all went to the living room to talk. Caroline and I sat across from Kol and Sam also Freya. Next to us were Elijah, Haley and Bek. "What are you guys doing home so early" Freya asked knowing something was up. "I'm pregnant" Caroline said and everyone was shocked.
"How in the bloody hell are you pregnant. Like ya I'm happy about it but how" bek and I smiled. "We don't know" I said and they knew that we would have to figure it out. Hope came out of her room and gave me a huge hug. "Hi daddy" she said and gave me another hug. "Hey princess" I said and she smiled. I couldn't believe my baby was almost three now. They grow up fast. She went over a gave Caroline a hug and I smiled. I'm glad in will be having a child with her.
