Chapter 41- Its all in the voice

"Do you know where your going?" Ian laughed.

Im driving around till I get back to my home town" I sighed

"What? I thought we were going to Lorenzos" he groaned

"We are but right now I need to control my emotions, and for that I need drink, I'm going to my friends club getting some drink, then you can drive me wherever the hell you want" I puffed out

"For fucks sake I wanted to get there in 5 days, two days training, three days drive, now it will be longer" he moaned

"I don't care" I shrugged, seriously feeling empty inside.

After a lot of country road driving we hit a freeway. I have a pretty good sense of direction, usually.

Ian started raiding the car for whatever he could find. So far we have a chocolate bar, newspaper, and a bra.... I slammed on the brakes. What if he has been cheating on me the whole time, and I only started to feel the pain of a partial mating now that I'm a vampire.

"Kit?" Ians voice flooded into the background. "KIT"

"Yeah?" I sobbed

"Can you please drive, he didn't cheat on you, you would have felt it" he shrugged.

Cars were beeping at me, so I started to drive "Can you read minds?" I gaped

"Not very well, I get ideas, only yours too, must be a witch to witch thing"

"Why can't I" I frowned

He continued his search looking under his chair "Your not trained, I get pointers from the elders, not that theres much to point out about my powers, they more teach me about yours so I can pass on the message, like a good little post boy." he rummaged pulling out a phone "Aha" he beamed

I snatched it off him "No" I snarled. I know no being on the phone while texting..whatever.

I flipped open the phone to see Daniel as the wallpaper, I flicked into the messages, continuously looking at the road. "This is Daniels phone" I laughed "He probably couldn't find it so bought a new one" I pursed my lips "What it does mean is I have a way to scream at Callum, if needs be"

"Shouldn't have found the damn phone" Ian muttered under his breath,

I punched his arm hard "Ouch mother fucker" he cursed

"Your curse too much" I observed

He just shrugged. 

I rounded a corner to enter my town it was getting dark, people will probably be going out soon, i think.

"Ian what day is it" I asked, truly having lost track of time

"Em a friday" he shrugged

"Cool" I replied roboticially, I don't trust this guy, but it was go with him or stay at the institute, I could ditch him? but then again I need training and answers I sighed.

"Whats wrong" He asked, I did my best to hide me mind

"Nothing" I smiled

"Ok?" he nodded looking out the window frowning 

I pulled into a parking space along the road. I jumped out and into the back of the car, throwing on a pair of jeans, a red top and black heels, they were left behind from Dee, I doubt she would mind, If only I had Dee she would comfort me through this, or castrate Callum either sounded great right now.

I got out of the car and looked at Ian "Did you peak you perv" I teased 

"No" he defended "Maybe"
