~Justin's POV~

After I opened presents, with the help of Justin. Justin and I sat on the couch talking about Justin's Believe Tour.

"So how is the tour?" I asked looking at him curiously.

"The tour is amazing, it's good to see and meet my fans, and travel. It's amazing." Justin said smiling. I smiled back, like I always do when he does. Its a habit, but it's a good habit.

"How long are you staying here in Atlanta?" I asked sadly, not wanting him leave.

"I'm leaving on Monday ." Justin said, looking at me with a grin. I smiled brightly at him.

"Really?! I though you were leaving tomorrow morning?" I asked excitedly. He nodded looking at me with a big grin. I was about to ask him about Selena, when I heard my mom and Kierstin singing. I looked behind us, and saw my mom holding a white cake with purple candles on top.

Justin started singing "Happy Birthday" along with them. I smiled, blushing in process. My mom sat the cake in front of me on the coffee table. They ended the song, with Justin carrying out the last "Happy birthday to you" out gracefully. I looked at him as he closed his eyes, singing slow and low. He finished, and I just sat there, mesmerized by his voice. He smiled and gave me a side huge squeezing me. I smiled at him, then looked down at the cake.

"Make a wish" I heard Justin whisper in my ear.

"I don't have to, I have all that I could ever want right with me." I said looking at him, and then at my mom and Kierstin. They both had big smiles on their faces. But there was one thing. I closed my eyes and blew on the candles. I opened my eyes and saw everyone was clapping. I giggled and took a good look at the cake. I saw Justin's face on it. I giggled, and poked Justin. He looked at me then at the cake. He blushed and laughed along with me.

"I CALL DIBS ON MY FACE!!" Justin yelled excitedly. I started laugh a little harder, watching Justin act like a goof. My mom cut out Justin's face and gave the plate to Justin with a fork and a napkin.

"Shelby what do you want?" My mom asked.

"I'll take my name." I said. I looked back at Justin, who took a bit out of his hair that was in the cake. I giggled at him. I looked back at my mom when she handed me my piece. My mom and Kierstin both got there piece and we all started eating.

"I taste delicious" Justin said taking another bite.

"I bet you do" I laugh a little. I took another bite of my cake. My mom and Kierstin were both done, and went to throw their plates away. I suddenly had an idea. I looked at Justin who was picking up a piece of cake with his fork. I took my finger and scooped up some icing, and wiped it on his cheek. I couldn't help by giggle at his face. Justin looked at me with a shocked face. He then smirked and scooped up some and reached over to me. I tried to moved but he was too fast. The icing ended up going across my forehead and some of it got in my hair.

"You got it in my hair!" I laughed, looked at him. He was laughing hard too. I quickly took a lot of icing and got up on my knees on the couch and towered over him to tackle his hair.

"NO! NOT THE HAIR!" Justin yelled laughing a little. I took the icing and smashed his face with it and put some in his hair. Justin wiped some of it off and came after me with it. I screamed and ran away so he couldn't get me. I ran into the hall way and turned a corner, hiding behind the wall. I stood there up against the wall, catching my breathe. Then Justin popped out from the hallway scaring me, causing me to scream. He was laughing. My heart was pounding, once I noticed just how close he was.

Justin lifted up his hand that had icing in it. "Justin.." I said putting my hand on his wrist trying to keep him from putting it on me. I put my other hand on his other wrist so he couldn't get me. I slide out from the wall and began walking backwards as Justin was walking forward
"Don't." I said giggling a tiny bit at the end. Justin was about to say something when we both heard someone clearing their throat.

We both looked to our right and saw my mom with her arms crossed against her chest. Her eyebrows raised, "What's going on here?" she smirked. I let go of Justin's wrists, and looked at him, his cheeks turned a light pink as he smiled at me.

"Nothing" I said giggling at the end, trying to hold in my laughs.

"Shelby go and get cleaned up, Justin could you please help with the dishes?" My mom asked. Justin nodded his head, when my mom walked out Justin wiped the icing on my cheek. He was laugh again, causing me to laugh.

"You meanie" I said slapping his chest playfully. He gasped and placed his hand on his chest,

"Me? A meanie? I think not" Justin said, trying to sound hurt.

"Yea right!" I said walking up the stairs to clean up. I walked into my bathroom and turned on the light. I grabbed a dish cloth and soaked it with water and began to wipe away the icing. I smiled thinking about what had happened. I thought how just how close Justin was to me, the feeling of my heart pounded came back. I took a deep breath. This is the best birthday. Ever.
