~Justin's POV~

After the longest time, the interview was done and over with. Thank God, I was in a hurry to get to the hotel. I wanted to do nothing more than to just cuddle up with the girl that means the world to me. The feelings I have for Shelby are indescribable. She just makes me so happy to have her in my life. There is no way I could ever leave her. I love her too much.

Finally the van pulled up to the hotel and it's was about 9 pm and I was exhausted. I hadn't gotten much sleep at the hospital. There were a couple fans waiting outside and no paps. I decided to take a couple pictures with them. Who knows how long they waited.

After having a small conversation with them I went inside and up the elevator. I got to my floor and to my room. But the room had nothing but my suitcase. Where's Shelby? I looked in the bathroom and all of her stuff is gone along with her suitcase. I walked back to the bed and saw a letter. Oh no..

I walked over to the letter, and sat down. It was from Shelby. My heart was pounding, as I began to read the letter.

"Dear Justin, I'm sorry that this had to happen this way. I never wanted it happen, but it's for the best. I never wanted you to be in danger, but my life is dangerous. I can't have you risking your life for mine. I couldn't see you get hurt. Everything that happened last night was my fault. I never wanted you to get hurt. You don't realize that you could have died. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I was reason that happened. And that's why I had to leave. By the time you read this I'll be on my way back home. Don't come after me. You have to live your life happy and free of danger. So that means without me. I'm sorry, Justin. I love you so so much. But I have to let you go. 'If you love someone let them free. If they come back it's yours. But if not, then it was never meant to be.' I love you Justin. Never forget that. Have a happy and safe life. I love you.

~Forever Yours, Shelby"

I thought my heart had stopped. I felt so cramped in my chest. Almost as if it would collapse. I can't believe she's gone. I have to go after her. I don't care if she told me not to. Hopefully it's not too late.

I violently wiped away the tears that were running down my face. I quickly shoved the letter into my pocket and took out my phone calling mom. Maybe she could help me. I quickly jogged down the hall and into the elevator. She didn't answer. Ugh! Well it looks like I'm on my own.

I ran out of the elevator and ran outside. I saw flashes going off, but I didn't care. I called a taxi and hopped in. I told him to get to the nearest airport and to step on it. After about 15 minutes we had finally gotten there. I paid the taxi driver and ran inside. I didn't care if people were watching and freaking out. I needed to catch her. I looked every for Shelby but I didn't see her. I ran to the front desk,

"Excuse me but could you please tell me when the plane to Atlanta is to take off?" I asked impatiently waiting for her answer.

"I'm sorry, sir but that flight had just taken off." She said looking from her computer screen.

"No. No, no, no." I whispered, running to the giant window. I looked out to see the love of my life, fly away from me.

"I will see you again. I promise. I love you Shelby." I said to her, even though only I could hear. A tear escaped my eye as I watched the plane leave.

My heart was aching. I feel like my world come crashing down. I lost the one person I love more than anything. Icouldn't help but wonder....why love when it's hopeless?
