Chapter 2 : Puppet Master

Kankurou's pov

Since when is Hiroyuki a puppet master? 2 puppets stand before me. From the structure of the wood, they're made from the finest and the most expensive wood that any puppeteer could fine, Oak woods. I'm really curious of how she fight.

"Meet Kika and Kiko, the deathly duo, a sun and a moon" It's a puppet that looks like a lion and a wolf. "Don't disappoint me brat" The other partner just see from some distance.

"Give Gaara Back" I sent crow to her way. She just seems to be moving her finger but hardly any muscle. Her lion puppet just easily Snaped crow's arms. "No can do, kitty ears" She mocked.

I send hidden senbons that's filled inside crow towards her. The wolf just circle around her and act as a cover. "You won't break through Kiko. 'cos there isn't any joints to begin with" She said as she sent her lion and hold salamander in place.

"I won't be wasting anymore time with you" I say through gritted teeth. She wave a tiger hand sign, then there's bomb explosion on Crow. Even if it's not that huge, but it's enough to destroy crow by the next hit. "But... How?" I asked.

She retracted both her lion and wolf to her side. "You don't realise do you? My puppets is filled with poisons and also explosive. I planted microscopic bombs between your puppets." She explained as she reverse summoned her two puppets back to a scroll. "Sori-sensei, I'm done. He's not that fun of a rival anyway" She just turned her back at us and walk away.

"Stop. I'm not done with you yet" I screamed and send black ant after her. Before it can be too close with her, there's bombs going off on black ant and salamander. "She said that she's done. So now my turn, even if I hate waiting" The guy grunted.

-Time Skip-

Hiro's pov

It's been like... few hours since I've caught up with Deidara, lexis and Koa. "He said that he hates waiting" Deidei start to keep himself busy by making some clay figures from the clay that I brought earlier. After the fight, I give him another pouch of clay. I knew that he'll need it when he's fighting Gaara. But, Oh well.

"When will he keep us on waiting?" Deidei whinned. I spread my chakra to sense any incoming chakra. Yup, there is. It's quite a huge team. "We've got company" I said as I stand with Koa beside me. "I'll take care of this. You'll just need to stay here and wait for Sasori" I said and deidei just nod.

I make myself appear infront of a rather 2 or 3 squad of shinobi from the sand. "Where's the Kazekage?" One of them asked. I know that she won't see my face if I still keep the hoody on. I just chuckle to answer them. "Tell us. Now" They all pull out their kunai and launch at me.

10 meter... 5 meter... 1 meter... I cast a genjutsu at all of them. And they all just fell to the ground. The bodies is now motion-less, but barely breathing. They won't be able to survive another day, but the village will only know the existance of... Me.

"Come on. Sasori-danna is here" deidei come out of the little shelter to call me. "Wow. It sure take a lot less effort than what I could imagine" He complimented and walk away. My leg is tired. I sit on Koa's back and slightly drove into sleep as we're on our way towards the hideout.

-Meanwhile-

Third person's pov

"Gather all of the medical core. Let's start an operation as fast as possible." Shouted a guard. "There's a poison inside Kankurou which we don't know the antiodote. What should we do lord Baki?" ask a doctor. "We need to wait for reinforcement" Baki said.

"Baki.." Kankurou tried to call. "Keep your energy Kankurou" the man step closer to Kankurou. "It's Hiroyuki and the red sand" Kankurou used his power to speak out those words.
