Ashley's P.O.V

With all of this going on I forgot about work. I got ready really quickly and took my glasses when I heard a noise from my window, I think I'm getting used to that. I walk over to the window and see Justin, obviously, he smiles at me and I open the window.

You know this feels so unreal, I never imagined myself having a friend, actually I did, I used to imagine myself with one, doing stuff friends usually do, I always wished a friend, someone I can trust my secrets to, share my adventures with, go with adventures with him/her, talk, have some to sit next to on the cafeteria, someone who will stand up for you when you think you can't, have your back, fool around, do all those things that you can only do with someone, not alone, I always wished for a friend and I actually do have one now, Justin, I just hope that if the date doesn't go well, we can still be friends, I don't want to lose my first friend ever so fast.

"Need a ride?" He asks and I nod.

"Thanks" I say to him and he shakes his head.

"No problem, Race to the car?" He smiles and I nod while I close the window, he closes his too and we both disappear from our room, I run downstairs and say Bye to my mom and dad.

I open the door and see Justin already next to his car.

"How did you got here so fast?" I ask him as I walk to his car.

"I guess I'm faster" He shrugs and I glare at him.

"Not fair" I say and he chuckles, he opens the door for me and I thank him, he gets inside the car and drives away.

"Do you think we'll be late to work?" I hate being late, to everywhere, it shows that you are not responsible and show that you are not serious, my nerd side is showing isn't it?

"Don't worry, we'll get there in time" He smiles at me and I smile back.

"I hope" I mumble, he chuckles and speeds up, oh thank god, work is not that far away from here, there is hope we won't be late, Aaron will get mad if we are, and I don't like seeing him mad.

The car stops and I notice the traffic light red.

"Stupid traffic light" I mutter making Justin laugh.

"Don't worry" He places his hand on top of mine and I start feeling my cheeks turn red, I look away and pretend being focus to the view, which is two kids making faces at me from the other car, I giggle and start making faces to them too, the kids laugh and I smile, I love kids, they are so small and adorable, I like how energetic they are, most of the people actually hate that but I don't, I wish I was a kid again,  now I'm a stupid teenager.

The little kids wave goodbye to me when the light changes to green and I wave back at them, I turn to look at Justin and see him smiling at me, I giggle and he starts driving, It's kinda embarrassing.

"What?" I ask referring to why he is smiling at me like that.

"You like kids?" He asks and I nod.
