"Oh come on, you can do better than a sophomore... But then again, you know how you felt around her last night.. You don't usually open up like that, it's weird that you would open up to her out of all people. You hadn't really talked to her until that night at work." I thought as I lay in my bed trying to find the will to get up though it was 9:00.

I had trouble sleeping last night, I just couldn't get her off my mind. I know that shouldn't be happening though. She is a sophomore. But I just knew when I saw her at Papa Chubby's that night that there was something about her that I had to get to know.

She brought a different side out of me last night. A sentimental side. It was weird though considering I usually keep things inside and to myself, nobody needs to know my business, it's not important to them.

Anyways, I finally got up. I went to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. I sat with my bowl of cereal and looked out the window to the lake where her house was in view. I kept an eye on her dock hoping that she would come out. She never did.

I took a shower and got ready then went down to boat to go to work. As I was lowering it into the water, I saw a little 5''3', dark brown haired girl standing at the edge of her dock, looking at me as if waiting for me to notice her.

I smiled at her with that flirty smile I always do, "Good morning miss." (I don't know why I always feel the need to smile when I'm talking to her, but I just feel so obligated to do so.)

"Good morning sir!" she said with the sweet voice, even though she isn't from the south she still has a little bit of a draw, but it fits her well, I like it a lot.

"Were you waiting for me to come out this morning?" I asked

"Yes, yes I was." she said "I just realized this morning that I never gave you my number again."

"I guess you didn't." I said grabbing a pen and paper from the a compartment in my boat.

"You ready?" she asked and I shook my head yes. She then gave me her number and asked where I was going. I told her I was going to work. "I better let you go then. See ya sometime hopefully soon."

"See ya." I said as pulled out of the dock.

I got to Papa Chubby's about 10 minutes later. I walked into the kitchen to see Matt, one of the waiters that had became a pretty good friend.

"Hey man." he said

"Hey." I responded

After some small talk he said "There's a girl isn't there?"

"Uh what? I haven't even said anything about a girl?"

"You seam to happy for being at work, and you keep smiling. I haven't seen you like this before. There is definitely a girl."

"It's that obvious?"

"Yeah, it kinda is. What's her name?"

"Her name is Blair."

"She hot?" he asked smiling

"She's glowing." I said imagining her image.

"Damn, that's deep."

"She's 15." I said taking a breath.

"15... She's 15.." He looked around, "You know you can't date a 15 year old, you are 18. It's illegal if you guys do stuff."
