The next day I practically slept all day. I was napping on and off all day, I was lucky my parents didn't force me to get up. I ended up rolling out of bed around 5:15pm. Like I said I was tired. Don't judge me. Drew and I had planned on not doing anything today anyways. He hadn't texted me so he is probably not even awake yet.

For the next hours all I did was sit and bed and watch movies. I serfed the movie channels and was lucky to find they were having a Twilight marathon was on one of the channels. I haven't watched Twilight in forever! I still love it.

While sitting there watching the movies I got on my laptop and got on Wattpad sence I hadn't been on in forever. I read some of the romance books I had in my library that I hadn't read in awhile. It's funny though, out of all of those love stories, my love story is my favorite. It's quiet perfect really.

I have been keeping up with Lauren, I haven't wrote about it though. But I talked to her on the phone tonight. She still has that summer fling. I tell her some about Drew, she still doesn't like the idea of us two together but she is going with it becasue I'm her best friend. I realy miss Lauren, she will be one of the only reasons I want to go back. Somewhere in the middle of New Moon, after Lauren's call I drifted off to sleep again.

The next day I woke up before my alarm so I read on Wattpad some more until Drew texted me that he would be over for our run.

"I litterally slept all day yesterday. How? Just how?" Drew came walking up to me from his truck.

"Same here. I even went to bed semi early, but I did wake up early today so that's good." We started running on our route the way we always go and I seamed a lot slower today then usual and found myself panting trying to keep up.

When we got back we went to Drew's to lift a bit, I really wasn't feeling it this morning so I just watched him lift and played with Sarge. I feel like I haven't seen that dog in awhile, I miss him! He was happy to see me though and I was delighted to watch Drew lift. It was pretty nice, it I do say so myself.

"So today's plans?" Drew said racking the bar on his last lift.

"I think I got an idea."

~~~~~~~~~
"Okay, so we are in the woods. Now let's explore." I said enthusiasticly marching into the trees with a picnic basket in my hand. "Watch out for poison ivy and things that look dangerous."
"You're the one we should be worring about." He laughed, "Not me."
I wasn't to offended. Just a little. We walked threw the woods and to a small stream. Then we sat by the stream. Looking up at the sun through the shade of the trees.
"So we are supposed to carve our initials in a tree right?" He asked me looking from tree to tree as if scouting out one to use.
"Yes we are." I responded.'
"That one." He pointed over to a large tree, I don't know what kind, I don't know which trees are which. But it was a good tree, I see why he picked it. It was sturdy and didn't like it was falling down anytime soon. The sun shown threw the cracks of the tree banches and it shown on the tree trunk making it look like a golden brown.
"I like it." We walked over to the tree and he whiped out his pocket knife. He started to carve my initials and a plus sign, then he gave me the knife.
"Don't hurt yourself." I glared at him and began to dig the blade into the bark and carefully wrote his intials.
"Do want me to draw a heart around it or is that too cheesy?" I asked flinging the knife around with me arm.
"Be careful!" He held my arm in place becassuse apparently I made him nervous or something. "And nah too cheesy."
I gave him back his knife then reached for my picnic basket. Drew helped me lay out the blanket I brought on the ground in a clear area by the stream. We sat down and got out the sandwhicha and began eating.
"Never would I ever think I would be carving my inicials in a tree and having a picnic by a streem.. But here I am." Drew said taking a bite of his ham sandwhich.
"Do you not want to?" I asked him in a playful tone.
"Oh I do! I do! I just wouldn't imagine my self doing things like this 3 months ago. I'm in the army for God's sake."
"Thanks for reminding me.."
"I'm just saying!"
Then I got an idea! "Hey tonight we could have our friends we met at Captain Ron's over for a cookout tonight!"
~~~~~~~

"I hope you don't mind we brought a friend." A fit brunette girl who looked about 19 or 20 waved.

"Hi, I'm Aubree." She was pretty, like very pretty. Her face shaped was angled perfectly and her tan complextion made her skin look flawless. Her hazy blue eyes had perfectly aplied makeup and her outfit was very cute.

"I'm Drew."

"I'm Blair." I looked over to Drew to see if he was staring but luckily he wasn't I was impressed. Aubree was quick to answer with news that I was less than eager to hear.

"I heard you're being deported to Affganistan in December? So am I."

Great. Just great.
