"Here we go!" I shouted on top of the background music as I try to help an injured Connor, together with Anthony, walk towards the chair provided for him at the left side of the stage. Riley and Toby have went out already, greeting the fans with "What's up, Phoenix!!!!"

I set Connor down and handed him his electric guitar, giving him a wink before I step out of the stage beside Bianca.

It has been about month and a half since Connor's accident and apart from his broken leg, his other injuries have healed rather perfectly.

Today is also the last day of their All The Lights tour. They started with their shows again about a month after Connor's accident when the doctor gave him clearance that he could go back to performing, provided that he should try to remain seated most of the time and not to walk around too much. They have finished their shows in Orlando, Atlanta, New Jersey and LA with Connor practically sitting down the whole time, banging his head to the beats as a substitute to walking around with his legs.

I know of it because I have been with them since Connor's accident and since they started to perform again in Orlando. I joined their tour - as Connor implied it - as his personal nurse so that he would still manage to keep himself safe and aware of the things he should and should not do while on tour to not let his injuries to worsen.

Of course, my dad was frantic about it at first but Mr. McDonough begged and convinced him to let me go, saying that it would be much appreciated is someone would take care of his son. Gladly, my dad said okay to him since they practically like each other since they are both doctors.

And since it's only Joan who usually accompany us on shows, Mark insisted that I should really take charge of Connor and his medical needs.

But what's really amazing, apart from my growing relationship with Connor, is that my relationship with Bianca has never gotten so strong until now.

* Flashback to one and a half month ago, at the hospital*

"Alex?" I looked up at the sound of my name, seeing Bianca walking slowly towards me.

I am currently seated outside of Connor's room, waiting for Riley and Toby as they went out to buy Starbucks a few minutes ago. I left Connor inside with Thomas.

I stood up and smiled at her. "Hey, Bianca." I said, awkwardly.

She smiled back and I could see in her eyes a hint of pain and guilt, so I took a deep breath and walked towards her, giving her a tight hug.

She returned my hug almost instantly and I felt her let out a sigh as she enveloped me in a hug. "I'm sorry." She said, whispering to my ear.

I pulled away. "It's me who should be saying sorry." I said, looking down as I grab both of her hands and held it tightly. "I'm sorry for... breaking you guys up."

"Hey, no worries." She said, squeezing my hand. "I knew from the start it's you he loves. I just didn't want to let him go at that time because he has been so nice and so loving towards me even though I know he wouldn't love me as much as he loves you."

I looked up at her and gave her a sorry look. "I really am sorry, Bianca. I don't want this to ruin us." I said, sighing.

She smiled. "It won't. I can say I have moved on." She said, giving me a wink. And I knew by then that I have my best friend back. "I just decided to see him since I am on my way to Miami and I heard the news from Riley. I hope it's okay though?" She asked.

"Of course, Bianca." I said, and I opened the door to his room, causing Thomas to wake up.

They both said their hello's and Thomas and I decided to go out of the room to give Connor and Bianca some privacy.
