Chapter ten

I woke up at 10:00am because I got a text from Colby.

(Text convo)
Colby: Good Morning Beautiful.
Me: Good morning Handsome!
Colby: Did you sleep well?
Me: I actually did, hbu?
Colby: I slept fantastic, :) I even had a really great dream and you were in it tbh.
Me: I had a dream about you too :) lol I think that's why I slept so good.
Colby: :) hey I'm gonna get dressed to go to Alex's. I'll see you soon.
Me: see you soon :)

I set my phone down and went to my bathroom. I did my business, washed my hands, and washed my face. I grabbed a hair band and pulled my hair into a messy bun and walked back to my room. I went to the bottom drawer in my dresser and picked out my black and white bikini top (it had stripes ) and the plain white bikini bottoms that went with it. I pulled it on and put a pair of light blue jean shorts and a pink tank top that said BOSSY in white letters on the front. I also put on my pink chacos. I looked in the mirror and put my sunglasses on top of my head. Obviously since we were swimming I didn't bother doing my makeup because it would just get messed up. I put my towel in a bag and put my keys and wallet in there too, then turned my light off and walked downstairs. I didn't bring any extra clothes because I knew I would get out In time for my bikini to dry. I reached the bottom of the stairs and everyone was in the living room. "Are you going somewhere Tess?" My mom asked while I took a drink of what I just got from the fridge. "Yeah Alex is having a Cookout today cause it's supposed to be the last warm day." I said before finishing the water and throwing away the bottle, it was only a mini water so it wasn't that much. "Oh do I need to move my car to let you out?" My sister asked standing up. "No Colby is taking us in his car." I smiled when I said his name and my mom smiled at me. "Okay Tess, have fun. And be careful." Just as she finished there was a knock at the door. I stepped out and told my mom and sister bye.

"Hey Colby." I smiled up at him as his hand went around my waist. "Hey Tess." He replied and kissed my forehead. And there goes the blushing, and this time I had no makeup to hide it. I smiled at him and when he opened the door to let me in I sat down and hid my face. He let out a small laugh and got in the drivers side. "I still don't know why you hide your face, it's cute." I looked at him and smiled. "Well it's like every time you do anything I blush." I said giggling. He smirked then leaned in for a kiss, which I gladly excepted and when he pulled his perfect soft lips from mine a couldn't help but smile big and blush. I started to cover it when he pecked my lips once more and I let my hands drop. "Don't cover your beautiful face from me." He said and I smiled and nodded as we drove off towards Alex's house. About halfway there I got a text from Zoe asking if I could pick her up. "Hey Colby can we pick Zoe up?" I asked looking up at him he glanced at me and smiled. "Sure, just show me the way." He said and I texted her. We were only a couple blocks away so it didn't take us long to get there. We pulled up outside her house and I texted and told her I was here. She replied and I put my phone back in my bag. "She said it would be a minute before she comes out." I told him and he nodded. "So I wanna tell you something but you can't tell Zoe." He smirked and I nodded for him to continue. "Well me and Sam were talking and be told me that he likes her." When he said that I smiled. "Really?" He nodded, "She likes him too." I replied smiling. We looked up and Zoe was walking towards us. She looked a little confused before she seen me in the passenger seat. She shrugged it off and got in the back. "Hey guys, thanks for the ride." Zoe said while taking her bag off her shoulder. "No problem." Colby said while changing the song on his phone and the song 'What is love' by NeverShoutNever starting playing and we all sang along with it. And eventually pulled into Alex's driveway. Colby came around and opened the door for me and after Zoe got out he locked the door and put his arm around my waist. Zoe looked at me and smirked. "Awwww you two ar-" I nudged her arm. "Shut up Zoe." I said blushing and Colby leaned down and kissed my cheek before we walked in. I closed the door and when I turned around I seen Alex running at me. "TESSA!!!" And next thing I know I'm on the ground. "Hey Alex" I said trying to breath but he was sitting on my stomach. "Could you maybe get off my stomach? I said pushing him off me and onto the floor. Colby held his hand out and helped me up. "Thanks." I said laughing. "You guys act like brother and sister." Colby laughed out. "Well I've known her since I was 6 dude." Alex said while standing back up. We all followed Alex outside to the backyard I sat my bag down and looked around, I was about to take my shirt and shorts off when I seen Colby taking his T-shirt off leaving him just in his black Swimming shorts. He turned and caught me looking, I quickly turned my face and continued to strip down to my bikini.
