Chapter three

It was 11:30 and the party was getting pretty crowded. I walked into the Kitchen and found Alex making himself a drink "Make one for me yeah?" I yelled over the music, he smiled back at me mixing an extra drink. He handed it to me and smiled "To our friendship, may it last many more years!" I raised my cup up to his "to our friendship" I yelled back and we downed our drinks in a matter of seconds. This was my 5th drink of the night and by far the strongest. I stumbled out of the kitchen to look for Zoe so we could dance. I looked in the living room first. I had to push past all the dancing, grinding, and kissing teens and when I seen she wasn't there I decided to look upstairs. I rounded the corner and suddenly got pulled into the guest room. I turned around ready to snap at whoever had the guts to... And there he was I was standing in a room with Colby Brock. I suddenly had this lump in my throat but managed to speak. "Hi.." I whispered earning a smirk from him. "Hey Tessa" he paused biting his lip stepping closer to me and putting his hands on my hips to pull me closer to him. "Have I ever told you how kissable you look?" He suddenly started leaning in, his lips inches from mine. I could feel his breath on my lips and he was just seconds from kissing me. He leaned in closer.
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BE-
I slam my hand on my alarm clock on my nightstand. "DAMN IT!!" I screamed into my pillow "another Colby dream?" I jump at the sudden voice then look over to see Zoe sitting at my makeup table. She had just finished her makeup and she was straightening her hair. "Something like that." I said while stretching and walking to my bathroom. I put my hair up in a messy bun and put a shower cap over it. Since I showered yesterday my hair was still clean but I wanted to wash my body again. I only showered for 10 minutes then got out, putting on my fresh undergarments and zebra print bath robe. I let my hair down and walked back to my room. I checked my phone and laughed. "So much for me waking up early. " I said while going to my closet. It was 2:00 pm "what are you wearing Zoe?" I asked while looking back at her. She held up my black high-waisted skinny jeans, white short sleeved crop top, and my white vans "you should wear my silver bangle bracelet with that. It's on my dresser" I said and she smiled eagerly and went to change in the bathroom. Me and Zoe were around the same weight her butt was a little bigger and chest wasn't as big but that doesn't really matter. I decided to go with my high-waisted blue jean short shorts, black long sleeved crop top that was kinda low cut, but not too much. I tied my redish pink flannel around my waist, my black converse/ wedges and my red SnapBack that said YOLO in black lettering. I left my hair with its natural smooth waves and just put my SnapBack on backwards. Zoe came out of the bathroom and we looked at each other and whistled causing us both to laugh as I sat at my big makeup table. I did signature party look which included me contouring my face, smokey eye makeup, winged eyeliner, mascara, eyebrows done, and my red/pink Matte lipstick.

I looked in the mirror, fully satisfied at my work and checked my phone 4:30pm "are you ready? It's 4:30" she nodded her head and I grabbed my wallet, keys, and phone and left for Alex's house.

We pulled up to his house 10 minutes early, making us the first to arrive. As soon as we walked in I got a very warm welcome "Hey beautiful" Alex said to me pulling me into a hug. "Hey handsome" I said as we pulled away. I could tell Zoe felt uncomfortable, she didn't really hang with any of my other friends. That didn't bother me though cause I didn't really hang with hers either. Although we were best friends we had different social classes. My friends being 'trouble makers, and bad kids' and I'm not really sure what hers were tbh, but I love my little innocent Zoella, and she was crazy like me she just had different taste in friends which is fine. "Hey dude." I heard a voice from behind me, guessing it was just one of Alex's friends I turn around, and when I see who it is I freeze. Colby was standing barely 3 feet away from me. "Hey, Tessa right?" He asked smiling at me. "Yeah, hi Colby" I managed to say while Alex put his arm around my shoulder. "Hey man, thanks for coming to help. Do you mind getting the drink stuff from downstairs, and helping Tessa make her Skittle bomb punch?" He asked then turned to get the skittles from the cabinet. I looked at Colby he was wearing his black NIRVANA shirt, grey jeans with the 'ripped' knees, black vans, and a black beanie. "Yeah dude, no problem." He then walked to the basement to get what was on the list he got from Alex. I looked over at Zoe, who was helping Sam set up the living room Alex was setting up the speakers and music playlist. After I had all the skittles separated by color Colby had made his way back with the alcohol and awaited my orders. "Alex what flavor am I making?" I yelled out to him. "Green apple and a cheery one too." He answered and told me he had the punch in the fridge. "You know I'm pretty excited to taste this famous punch of yours, Alex always tells me how good it is." He said grabbing the green apple skittles and I grabbed the cherry. "Did he tell you how easy it is to get drunk on?" I asked while telling home all the times me and Alex got drunk on it, including the time we fell in the pool at my house and messed our phones up. We laughed and joked around when I grabbed the 2 bottles of Vodka. "This is the fun part, we get to take a shot so we can fit the skittles in the bottles." I pored 2 shots out of his because he had less skittles and I poured 3 out of mine. I called the others into the room and we all toasted to the fun night we were gonna have.
Finally it was 9 pm and we were done setting up, and people started to pour into the house. The music was blaring and we were taking our 2nd round of shots for the night.

Tonight is gonna be epic.
