I walked into the room because it was my turn to see Nathan. I'm nervous because I feel terrible right now.
"Nathan..." I said and ran up to his bed and hugged him lightly.
"Hi Shelby, what's up?" Nathan said in a hoarse voice.
"Well I'm looking at a boy who has a broken arm and a broken leg. So I'm kind of freaking out." I said and he touched my hand.
"I'm fine Shelby, I'm just glad your okay." Nathan said and I smiled and hugged him.
"It's all my fault your in here... I was suppose to drive Derek to his classes but I bailed on you guys and now your in the hospital. I should be the one with the broken arm and leg." I said on the verge of crying.
"Don't ever say that it's your fault ever again because it's not. The guy was being a reckless driver and I'm glad I'm the one hurt instead of you." Nathan said as he wiped a tear off my cheek and I sighed.
"You can't play soccer and do fun things the first month of summer and it's because of me." I said bawling my eyes out.
"Shelby, I'll be fine plus I'm strong." Nathan said and I cracked a smile and sniffled at the same time.
"I'm so so sorry." I said and hugged him again.
"It's not your fault for the last time! It's the driver's fault not yours." Nathan whispered into my ear then let go of me.
"I'll let the others see you." I said then kissed his cheek and walked out still sniffling.
"Aww Shelby..." Marcy said and hugged me then I broke down.
I felt bad that I did that to Nathan, I miss my family, and I wanted to just have the mom figure right now and Marcy was that figure.
"It's okay Shelby." Marcy said and smoothed out my air and I cried and cried.

"It's the right thing to do and I'm glad your doing it." Madie said as I zipped up my last suitcase."My parents put my life into their hands not your's. Plus my mom found out and demanded I went back." I said and we chuckled.
"I'll see you at school tomorrow then?" Madie asked me and I nodded.
"Yup, back to that hell hole of a place." I said and picked up my suitcases and Madie grabbed one and we traveled downstairs and put them in the car."Thanks Mads, I'll text you when I'm done with softball practice." I said and then got into the car and drove off.
I'm nervous to go back to the Parkston's... I'm just scared because I'm going to be the crazy girl that screamed and was a psycho to their grandparents. But I would call it being more of a savage then a psycho.
I pulled up to their huge house and parked my car then went inside with all my bags and Luke helped me with my bags.
"Thanks Luke, how's life here going?" I asked as we walked upstairs.
"It's going fine, my mom's at the hospital most of the time now so Nicole and Eric have been taking care of us." Luke said and we dropped the bags onto the floor of my room.
"I don't want to go to softball practice." I complained and he laughed at me.
"Eric and Trey both play baseball and they complain about it too." Luke said and I nodded.
Luke is more of the smarts then an athlete. He's the genius of the family and plays basketball but that's the only sport he's good at. But he's still really involved in school and he's more involved in school than basketball.
"I'll let you get going then, I'll talk to you in a bit." Luke said then left my room and I started getting ready for softball and I'm not excited.

"Hi Nathaniel Josh Parkston." I said as I entered his room and he smiled."No need to say my full name." Nathan said and I smiled.
"Nathaniel is just so much fun to say. Nathaniel, Nathaniel, Nathaniel, Nathaniel!" I said and he chuckled and I grabbed a binder out of my bag.
"Here's your homework you little ditcher." I said and he took the binder.
"You caught me!" Nathan joked and I smiled and fixed his hair."It's weird to not see all that gel product in your hair." I said as I tried styling his hair.
"Can I ask you something?" Nathan asked me as I gave up on his hair.
"What's up?" I asked him.
"Will you go on a date with me?" Nathan asked me and my eyes went wide.
"You want me to go out on a date with you?" I said shocked.
"Yeah! Why not have a little dinner in here with me?" Nathan asked and I smiled.
"Yes, I will go out on a date with you." I said and he showed his perfect teeth.
"Great, meet me tomorrow night here at 7pm." Nathan said and I nodded and couldn't stop smiling.I can't believe I'm going to go on a date with Nathan! I'm so excited!
"I will be here." I said and he smiled.
"Don't you have dance or piano or tennis or softball oh whatever you do today?" Nathan asked and I laughed at his struggle.
"If we're gonna date then you have to learn my schedule. I have softball Sunday and Tuesday nights. Dance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. I have tennis Saturday and Sunday mornings. Then I have piano for an hour right after school on Wednesday's and Friday's." I said and he just starred at me.
"Can you just print me a calender?" Nathan asked and I smiled.
"You got lucky that I only have softball tomorrow. Plus Tuesday practices last from 3:30-5:30." I said and he smiled and hugged me.
"I'll let you get some rest, I'll see you tomorrow." I said then kissed his cheek and grabbed my bag then left the room.
Can't wait for my date tomorrow!
