Chase and I walk back to where I met my old group of friends only ten minutes ago. We were smiling contagiously, warming the smiles of other students passing by. Our fingers are laced within each other and we're both grinning. I'm not sure if we'll work like he thinks we will. They can be good looking, they can be kind, but you cannot make a relationship work. Despite all this, I hope we will work like he thinks we will.

As we passed by people, many of them said things, some even made noises like animals.

"Welcome back Vienna."

"Hey Chase, pullin'"

"*grunts"

"Omg the 'it' couple are back!"

The 'it' couple? Adria told me I used to be popular, but the 'it' couple. I'd rather not be to be honest. I could already tell that I'm different to how I used to be, the 'old Vienna'. I'm not currently wearing a disgustingly short outfit.

Then a thought passed my mind, did he used to like the old Vienna because she was, (I don't know how to put this delicately) because she um... Dressed inappropriately? Maybe he saw through to my personality, I could've been nice.

Note to self: ask Adria what my personality used to be like.

I looked back at him. He's tall, around 6 ft 3, making me only 2 inches shorter than him. He has messy blonde hair and beautiful hazel eyes. He has a muscular figure and his muscles are slightly visible through his thin jumper.

I sigh and look over at him, I can't believe I'm with him.

He separates his hand from mine as the bell rings and my friends engulf me. "What did he talk to you about?" Demanded Charlotte, who seemed extremely hopeful and excited for me.
"He wanted to talk about us." I said, not revealing much.
"Ah" replied Hannah, "are you still together?"
"Or did he tell you it couldn't work because your obviously not the same Vienna?" Muttered Danielle, who I had noticed had been gazing longingly at Chase since he arrived.
I ignored her pessimistic comment, "he said the decision was all up to me," I smiled, leaving out the part where I cried, "and I said that we should try it, of course."
"That's great." Danielle twitched whilst trying not to sound sarcastic or jealous.
I shot her a look that said 'whatever, you wish!'.

She simply turned away from me, knowing that she had been defeated. I was with him, not her, me. I know it sounds like I'm bragging but I'm trying my hardest not to. (If you could see him you'd understand much more) She needed to understand that he was almost like my territory and she was a wolf, she couldn't go there because it was mine.

Now I'm refers get to my boyfriend as a piece of land that I've probably peed on, this is not going well.

Charlotte, Hannah, Maddy, Lily and the rest of the girls pulled me into a massive group hug. I couldn't understand why this was a matter that deserved a group hug, I was still with him. I guess I have a lot more to learn about this world.

Danielle walked ahead, disgusted at the news. Then I knitted my eyebrows together just at the thought id just had; I bet she was hitting on him all the time I was in the hospital. Ugh. Just the idea of her flirting with my man makes me want to retch.

Okay that was pretty territorial too, oops...

We began walking toward the classroom that held our next lesson, a boy with black scruffy hair seemed to be avoiding me. At first I took no notice until he was taking different paths, walking faster than most people could and avoiding any form of eye contact with my group that I felt a negative vibe.

"What's his deal?" I asked Hannah curiously.
"It was last year," she inhaled nervously as if it was a massive deal to tell me, "he offered you a fiver, the only thing he wanted in return was a kiss."

She turned to me slightly, looked at my expression then snapped her head forward again so she wouldn't have to see my second reaction as she finished the story. Growing impatient of the long pause, I interrupted it.
"I didn't do it did I?" I was shocked at the situation.

Hannah bit her lip, "It was an easy fiver," she paused again, knowing I knew the answer. "of course you did."

How are you all?

Reader one: I'm okay, you?

Reader two: what the hell has Vienna just discovered?!

Oh yes, back on subject. It was on my plan that Vienna found this out. I thought, apart from the indication that I gave you with all the short items of clothing, this would be a great way to introduce everyone to old Vienna.

She sounds um... Loving...
