I walk into LexCorp confidentially and make a right turn towards Lex's office. Today we are supposed to get a very important package. Lex wanted me to come watch the opening of it, but wouldn't tell me what it is.
"Mary! Oh darling, this will be exciting. A change, something we can finally do besides sit around all day." Lex bursts out of his office before I can pull open the door. He drapes his arm across my shoulder causally.
"Nice to see you, Lex. Why don't you tell me what the exciting package?" I question and ignore his arm on my skin. We continue down the hall and start towards the drop-off zone.
"I won't do such a thing, Mary. That would ruin the surprise!" he replies and taps my nose. I send him a playfully annoyed look. We then enter the dusty and brightly lit room. There is a moving forklift carrying a large pinewood crate. The forklift the places it down clumsy. "Carefully, god damn it!" Lex yells loudly and it echos alarming the workers. Then, a older dark skinned man walks towards the crate with a iron crowbar. Lex has a smirk cross his face.
"All right, here we go." the man huffs and breaks open the box. Then Lex and I start towards it. There is some sort of rock in it. The rock is dark and has a sort of greenish light bursting from it.
Its...fantastic.
