Lex's house, mansion is more suiting, is bewildering. Glass chandeliers with soft lighting line the ceiling.
"Welcome Mary! I hope its not overwhelming. I think its lovely, nothing has been changed since my father owned it. But still lovely, correct?" Lex greets smirking, then bites his bottom pink lip. I am speechless. "Let me show you into your room." he states and then grabs my bag of items and strides towards a case of stairs. I follow and clutch my cat.
I thought I might stay in his room... how foolish of me.
"Thank you so much, Lex. You have no idea how grateful I am to be staying with you." I thank him once more. He looks back at me and smiles. Then he opens the door in front of him. The room is painted a light shade of lavender and has its own bathroom. The bed looks soft and cloud like; I love it. I set down Baby and hug Lex. Then, he sets my very few items on the desk next to the door.
"My room is at the end of the hall if you need me. Maybe to tomorrow we'll go get some new items for you. Sound good? Of course it does!" Lex claps once then leaves the room. I head towards the bed and lie down.
"Oh and Mary, I am glad your staying with me." he says his head peeking out of the door frame. He flashes his white teeth and then leaves.
