Colonel.

I open my eyes slowly and look at the watch and it's 18:30, so I stand up slowly and look around.
I look down at the bags of weapons, before turning around and seeing the body.
"Everyone almost ready?!"
I yell into the air.

"Yes sir."
I hear them all say in unison.

"Good, you have thirty minutes."
I say and sit back down, before looking at the extra Beretta mags.
I slide them into my pockets, before standing up and stretching.

Rachel comes down the steps first, with just a backpack.

"That all you need?"
I ask and look at her.

"Yeah, it's got everything."
She says smiling and sits down.

"Good."
I say smiling and slide the pistol back into it's holster.

"Is this all you have?"
She says and looks at the two bags of guns and ammo.

"Yeah, this and you guys.
I don't really have anything."
I say with a slight smile, as I look at the two bags of weapons.
I look inside one and see the bottle of ashes.

"You must have something?
You wouldn't have looked in the bag, if you didn't."
She says and watches me.

I pull out the bottle slowly and look at her.

"What's that?"
She asks slightly confused.

"My mom's ashes."
I say and look down.

"Oh, I'm sorry River.
Why did you take them?"
She asks and looks at me.

"Because, she's always wanted her ashes spread in the ocean.
I plan on doing that for her."
I say and slide the bottle back in, before looking at Sydney walk in.

She has two bags and her purse is full.

"Dear god princess, did you get everything?"
I say laughing slightly and stand up, before grabbing the bags.

"Shut up, most of this is food."
She says laughing slightly.

"I ho-"
I go to say as I'm cutoff by the squeal of tires.
I jump vault the couch Rachel's sitting on, before going to the window by the door......

There's three armored trucks, each has a .50 cal mounted on it.
There's fifteen people climbing out, but The Colonel gets out last.
He's carrying a bullhorn, along with my dad.....
"COME OUT OR HE DIES!"
He says into the bullhorn, before kicking him to the ground and pulling out his pistol.

"Stay inside and don't come out, until I yell 'run'."
I say and turn back.
"Get everyone ready."
I say and open the door, before they can argue.
I slowly walk down the steps, as I watch everybody turn to me.

"RIVER! GO!"
My dad yells as he squirms on the ground.

"No, just sit still."
I say as I reach the bottom, before stopping a few feet away.
"I'm here."
I say with a snarl, as I look at The Colonel.

"I can see that.
Where's my operative?"
He asks and looks at me.

"Dead."
I say and inspect my dad, he's not injured but he's different.
"How'd you find me?
Don't feed me the bullshit of you're tracking the doctor,
I took over her brain and she's my pawn now."
I say and watch him.

"Your dear old dad here told us."
He says smirking as he looks down.

"You shouldn't have dragged him into this."
I say and watch The Colonel.

"Why, are you gonna kill me?
Please try. I've heard of you and I know I'm stronger."
He says and watches me.

"Is that so?"
I ask and realize he's right, but I can't let him know he is.
