Ch. 24

Kacey's POV

I opened my eyes, only realizing that I was once again in Adam's bed. How did I get here?

I pulled the sheets off of me, the sound only waking him up. "Oh my god, Kacey, you were great last night.." He said, sitting up. Wait, we had sex?

"Huh?" I asked him, confused. "What's wrong?" He rubbed my back. "We-we had sex last night?"

"Yeah. Don't you remember?" I shook my head. "Well, maybe this'll help." He pulled me towards him and kissed me passionately.

"I love you," he moaned in my mouth. "I love you, too." I silently replied back. "I felt him move me onto his lap, then he kissed my neck. Soon enough, he found my sweet spot. I ran my hands through his hair.

After our little make out session, I thought about Justin. I didn't see him at all anymore after I went with Adam.

I pulled the charger off my iPhone and called him. "Hey." he tiredly said. "Where are you?" 

"Oh, I'm with.. Adam." I managed to get the words out of my mouth. "Kacey, how many times are we gonna go through this again? I thought you were done with that piece of shit!" He yelled through the phone. "I seriously hate you right now."

"I was drunk, okay-" I said, but he cut me off. While he continued his ranting, I heard a female voice, which mostly sounded like Shelby's.

"Babe, who're you on the phone with?" she asked. I just covered my mouth in shock. "Are you fucking serious right now? While you're over here yelling at me about cheating, you're cheating too! I fucking hate you, too! That's it, we're over!" I hung up.

"Kace, what's wrong?" Adam rested his chin on my shoulder, and put his arms around my waist. "Nothing." 

"You sure?" He kissed my cheek. "Yeah." I smiled at him. 

This man must actually want to make me happy, he's just so good at it.

Justin's POV

I played with Shelby's dirty-blonde hair, twirling it around my fingers. "Why are you so beautiful?" I mumbled.

"I don't know, I just am." She traced small circles on my chest, while I stared into her brown eyes. I leaned in and gave her a small peck on the lips, before whispering "I love you," in her ear.

"You don't how long I've been waiting for you to say that to me." She whispered back, then kissing my cheek. "So are you and Kacey, still a thing?" She flopped back over to her side of the bed.

I shook my head, then looked back at her. "I don't care, though. She can be with that son of a bitch anyways." Shelby rubbed the side of her face, giggling.

"Well, does that make us a couple now?" I just smirked. 

"You bet it does." I kissed her one last time, before going downstairs.
