Chapter 12: Crispy Fried Chicken

Chapter 12 is here! Sorry for late publish! Quite busy eh!

As part of the preparation for our Foundation Day, we need to conceptualize and practice our presentation.

We don't have budget so we will not hire a trainer for this event, we will just rely on ourselves.

In the class of Mrs. Myra, each of us was throwing suggestions on how to make our presentation a one of a kind.

For the singing group, they decided to imitate the Glee, they will be putting story in their song.

For our group, dancing category, everything is vague to us!

"Hey guys! It would be nice and lively if we will dance Hip Hop, I'm pretty sure everyone will be amazed to our dance moves" Aljin said.

"Ohh! it's a big no no guys! I think it would be soothing and relaxing if we will present a Folk dance, Nationalism will be manifested" Era replied.

"Amm Era I think your suggestion is kinda obsolete nowadays! Can we just dance with novelty songs, you know those songs with cute steps and humor, and I think it would be appealing" Jakie added.

"Okay wait, I think most of you have their own suggestion, well I thank you coz it's a sign that you are all interested and very cooperative" Shyra Mae exclaimed.

"So what now? Hmmm, can we just dance all their suggestions? ajaja...No I'm just kidding, it'll be hard., and besides I don't know how to dance ajajaja" I added.

"You're right Kit, we can mix those genres, I think that will be awesome! We'll present old ones up to present. Isn't it amazing?" Donya Myra said.

So everyone agrees to my joke, actually it's just a joke! ammm..

The sequence of our dance will be, first we will have Folk Dance, Novelty, then the Hip Hop.

"Okay guys, let's meet on Saturday, we will have a practice here in school, don't be late huh!" Shyra announced

-It's Saturday-

Since I am just living few houses away from school, I am early bird, I came first before them. Oops it doesn't mean that I'm excited huh!

After 30 minutes, Shyra came, together with Era.

"Hey Kit, you're so early huh! yeaahhh, are you ready to dance dance dance?" Era inquired.

"Well Era, I'm not early, you're just late ajajaja" I added.

Then suddenly, Aljin, Jakie and Herald came, as expected, they tease me.

"Yow dude, "The Groovin' Pakito", let's rock 'n roll" Herald said.

"Hey Hey King of the dance floor, can you show us some of your killer moves?" Jakie taunted.

"Istapit guys! ajajaja, it's not funny anymore, coz it' s very very very funny, ajajajaja" I said while getting closer to them and start punching them lightly.

Amir, Carlo, Michael, Eleonor and Carina also arrived and started to mingle with us.

"Okay guys, since everyone is here, let's now start our practice. So we will start to conceptualize something for our Folk dance." Shyra announced.

"The question is who's going to lead our practice for the Folk dance?" Era asked.

"You Era, you're the one who suggested that, so you teach us, I supposed you're good at it" Carina assumed.

No choice but Era has to do that, so she does.

"Listen up guys, I'm not a good dancer but I know how to dance, I am just asking for everyone's cooperation"
