Chapter 18 - Niall

I pulled Tess into a hug in an attempt to make her feel better. I encased my body around her small delicate figure. Her tears were starting to make my shirt wet but I didn't care. She looked up at me and kissed my cheek. I returned the favour. 

I've been noticing that Liam and Zayn have been acting weird. Especially around Cara and Iz...Ohhh. I see. Well. Hopefully the gang can get them together as couples. I just need to work out who likes who. I walked down into the girls section. 

"Hey everyone!" I cheerfully yelled. 

"Hi" everyone replied

"Um...Cara, Iz... Do you mind if I borrow you two for a moment?"

"Yeah sure" said Cara

"Um... Okay" Izzy said.

I had pulled them into the boys section and looked at them seriously. "Okay, who do you like? Liam or Zayn?"

"W-what?"

"Yeah where did you get the idea we liked them? Niall you're crazy. Ha h... No? O-okay then...Zayn" mumbled Izzy

"Cara? I'm waiting for you're response"

"Liam" she said in a small voice. 

"HA! I knew it. They like you back you know"

"Okay... now that we've told you, you don't have to make fun of us"

"Yeah Niall"

"Hey? Who said I was making fun of you. When we get to Australia I know a few theme parks we can go to. That way, Tess and Harry and I will become best mates and you guys can get closer to the ones you..."

"Um... Niall you done yet mate?" interrupted Liam

"Ugh. Hey Liam? Where'd you come from?"

"Stop it Niall. What were you planning?" I sighed. 

"Well, I was thinking that we could go to a few theme parks when we land and get settled in Queensland. Sounds good? Yeah?"

"Hmm.. How are we going to deal with all the fans that literally track us around the globe? They'll mob us and find out about Car- Uhhh the girls I mean." He blushed and smiled at Cara. 

"I've taken care of that already Liam. YAY! We're going!"

- Zayn -

Liam walked back in with Cara and Izzy. The way she smiled made me feel giddy. She was beautiful. 

"Zayn!" I snapped out of my trance. It was Izzy that was yelling at me. 

"Yeh?"

"What happened? Anyways. Niall organised for us to go to a few themeparks when we go to Queensland. There is this really fun Superman rollercoaster and it's really fast. Will you go on it with me?" 

"Ughhh..." Crap! I hadn't told her that I was scared of rollercoasters. She looked at me making her gold specked green-blue eyes slowly turn aqua. It was the  most tranquilising thing I've ever seen. "I'm scared of rollercoasters" I said slowly. 

"I'ts alright Zayn... I'll take care of you" and she kissed me on the forehead. I was mesmerised by the simple action. 

IN QUEENSLAND

- Niall - 

When we got off the plane we quickly went into a private bus and waited for our luggage. We started driving off to Izzy's holiday house. When we arrived we quickly changed into some more suitable clothes for going on rides. I explained to everyone that we were going to Movie World and Wet'n Wild. We gathered clothes, towels, and swimming costumes into our bags and set off for Movie World. 

When we entered the gates, I grabbed Louis, Harry and Tess and ran off to go on some rides together leaving Liam and Zayn with Cara and Izzy. HA! My plan is working out so far. We lined up for a space mountain rollercoaster. The carriages had two seats in the front and two seats in the back. Louis and I sat in the back with Harry and Tess in the front. 

We started moving forward and loud music suddnely started playing. Tess jumped and grabbed Harry as an instinct. She looked up at him and smiled genuinely. He smiled back but it was getting to dark to see wether he meant it or not. After a few twists and turns we figured out that there was only 2 to a carriage because halfway through the ride they separated. 

- Tess -

Loud music started to play and I grabbed Harry as I wasn;t expecting it. Harry looked down at his arm and back at me. I smiled at him genuinely and he smiled back. He meant it. Halfway through the ride the carriages separated and we went our separate ways. I thought that the carriages broke apart because they were old. Harry grabbed me and started to yell. I looked at him and laughed. "Don't laugh Tess. It's not nice. You should be comforting me not laughing". It was cute to see that Harry was scared of rollercoasters. 

"Awww Haz. Are you okay?"

We came to a stop and he slowly let go of me. He looked at me and scratched the back of his head. I laughed again. We waited for Louis and Niall to come back and after a few minutes they cam out of another exit. We all exchanged looks and laughed. 

I think my friendship with Harry is restored.

- Cara -

I went on the Superman rollercoaster with Iz, Zayn and Liam. There were 8 to a carriage but only 2 side by side. I sat next to Liam and as we were strapped in my heart started racing. We were slowly moving and we stopped. Supermans voice rang out and said "Don't worry! I'll push you out. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!"

BOOM! We were off. I started screaming. This ride was Izzy's idea. I screamed and yelled and I didn't open my eyes. Liam's hand found mine and he squeezed it tight. I slowly opened my eyes and I was instanlty blinded by the bright light. I heard Liam yell in joy and I forced myself to open my eyes again. 

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YEAH!' I was having so much fun. When the ride stopped my legs felt like jelly. We walked over to the photo thing and there was a really good photo of Liam and I both yelling. I looked at it in adoration. I think Liam noticed. 

"Um... can I have 2 copies of number 45 please?"

"Two copies?" I questioned him

"Yeah. One for you and one for me" he smiled. He paid and we walked over to the next ride.
