Treat You Better Steve x F!Reader [Clean] Part Three/Final Chapter

Since you packed lightly you just had the main things you needed for around a week. You probably forgot s couple of things, but who cares, you were trying to get out of the place.

"Why did I ever fall for Jack?" You asked yourself while crying a little on the bench.

A man sat next to you and you screamed and jumped up. "I will end you." You said darkly grabbing your weapon.

"Relax. It's Steve." Steve said as he took off the cap.

"Oh." You relaxed.

"So that's how you would really act if someone sat on the same bench as you?"

"You were looking at me and my eyes are so blurry to the point that I don't know anymore." You broke down and started crying.

He hugged you and the two of you sat down again. "What's wrong?"

"Jack." You said.

"Jack? What's he do?" He got tense and you hear the anger in his voice.

"Veronica. He cheated on me with my ugly best friend." You sighed.

"Oh." Steve nodded slightly. "Do you have anywhere you can go?"

"I actually do." You said.

"Where?" Steve asked.

You looked at him in the eyes. "It's raining, you might want to head back to the tower before you get sick or whatever."

"I don't care about getting sick. I care about you." Steve said. "Do you have some place to go?"

You sighed sadly and just shrugged. "I can always find somewhere. I have many contacts in my phone. I'm sure someone would let me stay."

Steve sighed also and grabbed her hand.

"Where are we going?"

"We're going back to the tower."

"What why?! I can't go back there." You groaned.

"C'mon Y/N." He said and grabbed your things.

You went with him because you felt safe around him and did you like him?

"She did what?" Tony asked.

Jack was lying about you. He was trying to make you seem like the bad person so Tony would be mad at you and you would be forced to go back with him.

"She left me and I'm here all alone, Tony I'm a wreck." Jack did a fake sigh.

"Wait who's that in the back ground?" Tony asked.

"No one." Jack said. "Just the tv."

"Hm...that really sounds a lot like Veronica." Tony said.

Jack coughed a little.

"Is that Veronica?" Tony asked.

"Of course not. She ten times worst looking than Y/N." Jack scoffed.

"So tell me, why did Y/N leave?" Tony asked.

"She always gets upset with me for no reason at all, so when she came home from the party, at least two hours later she just started yelling at me. I'm starting to think that she's cheating on me with Steve." Jack said.

"Why would she cheat on your with Caspicle?" Tony asked.

"Because they are always talking and she always ditches me for him." Jack said.

"Your getting a little paranoid, and jealous." Tony said.

"No I'm not." Jack said.

Tony sighed, "Look I got to go. It sounds like Steve and Y/N?"

"What's Y/N doing there?" Jack tried to sound jealous and sad but really on the inside panicking.

"I don't know, she's crying and it looks like he's trying to calm her down." Tony said.

Jack nodded, but it's not like Tony can hear him nod.

"I'm going to go and see what she's crying about." Tony hung up before Jack can say not to.

"But why would he go with Veronica? She isn't as beautiful as you." Steve said quietly as the two of you sat on the stools by the kitchen counter.

"I don't know. I guess he never loved me." You said while sniffling.

Tony just appeared out of no where. "What happened? Jack said you just got upset with him for no reason."

"He's lying. He always lies. He left the party about two to three hours early and I didn't find that out until I saw him with Veronica. At least if your going to cheat on me do it with someone pretty or don't cheat on me at all." You said.

Tony fought the urge to smile at what you just said. Tony then went on his phone. You looked up, "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to calm a couple of experts to take care of this." He said.

"What do you want Stark?!!!!" You heated Nat's voice from his phone.

You started to cheer up because you knew that everything was going to turn out better than what you thought it was.

A few years later oh ended up dating, marrying, and even having kids with Steve. He did treat you better than your last boyfriend. And maybe secretly you were happy that he cheated on you because if he haven't done it you wouldn't be married to the love of your life and having a beautiful future.
