Steve and I have been going out for about 8 months now. He is everything a girl could ever want in a man. He's strong, handsome, gentle, fearless, protective- sometimes over protective. He's my everything. A total opposite of my ex-boyfriend, Loki Laufeyson. 

Loki was amazing in the first few months but slowly progressed into the monster we all know today.

"Steve wake up, we have to get there early." I smiled and got up to take a shower, style my hair and have  beautiful makeup free day. 

Well- I had no choice considering Steve and Tony threw out my hundreds of dollars worth of makeup because Steve said I was beautiful without it. I get the gesture but I truly wish they didn't. I can get the memo even if Steve just told me, but I love him anyways.

I had on a beautiful sundress and put my brown sandals on, I looked over at Steve, "Steve-"

He cut me off by a groan and went inside the bathroom and came out about 30-ish minutes later. I looked at myself in the mirror and started singing to myself, "Oh where you from must be heaven..you'd be rich if looking good was your profession, think I'm in love, cause you so sexy..boy I ain't talking bout you I'm talking bout my own reflection, I'm talking to my own refl-" I heard the door open and suddenly fell on the soft bench.

I smiled nervously at Steve, "Hey baby."

He chuckled amused, "Hi Darling." he kissed my cheek, "When you're done with learning how to walk you want to go out for the lunch date?" He asked.

I chuckled softly knowing he was mocking my dancing, "Alright alright- and yes I'm ready." 

I latched onto his arm after grabbing the keys to the car and my small purse just to hod my phone and my wallet knowing we would be touring New York today, he had his wallet already, I handed the keys to him and we were good to go.

After we finished lunch- which was fantastic by the way, we went inside a small shop and started looking around, a small boy came over with a girl- who could've been his sister, they wanted an autograph from Steve. I smiled softly and handed Steve a pen so he could sign their papers. 

I got lost in the eyes of a stranger, I saw them walk over, then I realized it was no stranger. It was Loki.

"Indeed it's me~" He hummed softly.

I growled softly, "Stop reading my mind." 

"Stop ignoring me everytime you see me." He said following me around the store.

"What do you want?" I asked him, getting fed up with his mess.

Steve was now talking to the children's parents, giving me time to deal this situation out, "Loki just leave, it's over. It's been over for a year."

"A year and 3 months." Loki said quickly.

"Loki..what we had was beautiful until it turned ugly. Please leave me alone, I'll only ever talk to you if we go on a mission together, which is rare. Please stop this- this isn't healthy..I know someone else who likes you. She goes to my colle-" Loki cut me off.

"I'm not intrested in a girl who attends one of your courses, I'm still into you." Loki said.

"Maybe in another life." I shrugged and walked off. 

I went over to Steve, "What was that all about?" He asked.

"Loki wants to get back together but I said no." I told him and walked out, but he stayed behind saying he had forgotten something.

He walked up to Loki and said lowly, "(Y/N) is mine." He walked off leaving Loki steaming with anger.
